This is the 3rdBWW I’ve been to and it’s about the 3rd on my list in terms of preference since the service is pretty basic hence the lack Of stars :-/

I went here to drop someone off and gravy a beer and leave. I walked up to the bar and was introduced to Cassie nevarez and asked if she had Met me before she said and I quote«probably but I don’t remember because I don’t like you» I have never met her before in my entire life I have just had surgery about 3 weeks ago and this was one of the first times I was able to go out and try to enjoy a beer. After that rude encounter she proceeded to talk to other employees about person things. After about 5 minutes of her standing in from of me talking to her friends at work she finally asked me what I wanted to drink. I said a Budweiser bottle please. This would involve her Turing around opening a fridge turning back around setting the beer down and walk away. Instead she asked me waked away made 7 – 10 more drinks all while I sat there waiting. I sat for 15 minutes waiting on a single Budweiser from an extremely rude bartender. I watched other patrons walk up to the bar and order drinks and receive them before me. There were about 5 people at the bar including myself. As a Purple Heart veteran I can not give an establishment such as this my money. I do not deserve this amount of disrespect from a bartender. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this restaurant until she no longer works there. No than may not affect the company but it’s sad to see Buffalo Wild Wings treating this country’s wounded veterans with such disrespect.

I must admit, I was pretty disappointed with my visit to this particular store. I understand that I came in kind of late, between 900 and 915 in the evening on a Monday. However, the restaurant was absolutely dead. The minute I walked in, there was nobody at the podium or the takeout counter to greet us or to let us know that we would be seated anytime soon. We proceeded into the bar area and sat ourselves. Eventually received a menu. We ordered pretty quickly, luckily we know the menu and know what we like. You put a order in for the order didn’t seem to come out from the back of the kitchen in a timely manner. I feel like we waited almost half an hour for food. And I don’t see why 20 wings and a side salad should take that long to come out. We tried one of their limited time offerings, as fire sauce. It was called the rising Sun. The way it was described, it sounds so appetizing, but at first bite, it was not all that impressive. Basically it is a sweet version of Asian zing with a few black sesame seeds sprinkled here and there. Forget the zing. There is none. It is mostly sweet, a sweet teriyaki if you will. The name sounded awesome and everything, maybe that is what threw me off. I was expecting a bite of awesome. To me, it definitely was not that. Because I have my food allergies, we asked for a separate basket of carrots and a separate basket of celery. Initially, the waitress did not bring out either. So we had to ask again. No biggie. In the midst of our enjoying our wings, I ended up spitting out a chunk of chicken. The wing I was eating wasn’t fully cooked. We called the manager over and told him about our unpleasant surprise. He said that he didn’t understand why it was not fully cooked when all the lanes a cook to save my time in the back. We explained, maybe it is just this one but still, food bacteria related illnesses, especially with chicken, are so dangerous. Just to be on the safe side, we told him that we were not going to eat that one but that if we did find another ill prepared wing that we’d be sending our entire order back. At first he seemed a little reluctant to take a look at the chicken that we were trying to show him. Eventually, it is oh he remembered he was the manager and had to deal with things like that. Whatever. He came back to check on us over and over again after the first incident. Luckily, that was the only wing that was not fully cooked. Before leaving the store, we checked all the remaining chicken wings to make sure that they were all fully cooked, and proceeded to box up the rest that we were unable to finish and took them home with us. After speaking with the manager and having him check on a chicken wing problem, I do not think that was our waitress ever again except what she brought the bill. The bathrooms, at least the women’s, were filthy. There were paper towels and toilet seat covers all over the floor. The countertops were soaking wet. The trash can was overflowing. So, to me, that meant that they either neglect their bathrooms completely or that they’d been busy earlier in the evening. No matter, there is never any excuse for the bathroom to be that disgusting. I’m sorry. Luckily the store location is out of town is no in your home for me. So there’s a pretty good likelihood that I will not be returning anytime soon. The soonest might be in three years, when I’m invited to participate in the USBC bowling tournament again out in Reno, NV. I hope that the store survives that long.

My 30 minute drive when I have a game to watch. WHY? They’re quick to accommodate the game you’re looking for & will help you find a perfect spot to watch that game. Their unlimited(free!) service –of sauces– makes up for the overpriced wings. Come Tuesday or Thursday, though, and they’re on special. Happy Hour drinks are a win, with $ 3& $ 4 drafts and $ 3 Absolute, Jack, and Captains til 7:00. Nothing over the top, but the managers are super active, touching the tables, so you’ll never be without.

If your team is part of COMSTOCKSHOOTOUT — BEWARE! Take your team elsewhere! Worst service ever. We went into BWW on a Friday night. We had part of our soccer team together, players and parents. Service was atrocious. Everything took forever. Everything from getting someone to come take your drink orders after we sat down to getting our bills and returning with checks to sign and change. THREEHOURS it took to get out of there. The food was cold, fries were soggy, drinks weren’t replenished. They seemed to have a lot of staff walking around but no one really doing anything. And forget asking for something, it was an inconvenience. The restaurant was pretty empty which added to our frustration. A group of parents went Saturday night and same exact thing. We have summarized that it must be a tactic to keep adults in the restaurant longer so they can run up the bar bills. If you have a soccer team, don’t go. Your team will leave tired and still hungry.

Omg… a chain how can they vary so much, the wings were so fatty and gross we felt bad for hours. We live by the location In Sparks and although you pay a high price it’s good, and a fun environment this was neither. The staff had a high pitched squeal on the whole time then realized the mic was on during a game… really? Our tab was 59 dollars for wings n drinks… I expect more. Come on. Blachhhh

I have eaten here many times and the food is always consistently good and the beer selection is great. The people who greet us are always friendly and recognize when we arrive so we don’t have to wait. I choose to go here when I have friends visiting cause of the selection and continuous positive experiences. Thank you.

Some of the absolute worst waitresses I’ve ever had, every single time we go to BWW — you can’t ever find them, they get nearly every order wrong, and they are sooooo slow and inefficent. Minus 4 stars. However, I hope BWW recognizes how great their manager Logan is. He picks up the terrible waitresses’ slack with a smile on his face. He is more present at each table than the waitresses. Logan deserves serious recognition. Plus 3 stars for Logan. (P.S. Buffalo chips should be crispy, not soggy.)

One of me and my husband’s favorite stops. Good drinks and great food. We just tried the cheese tasting appetizer with mozorella sticks and mini grilled cheeses. So good!!! Aldo so many sauces to choose from that there is a flavor for anyone’s tastes.

Service was lacking. There’s was not a host at the entrance. It took a long time to get our beers and our check. We ended up having three different servers. I got two different kinds of wings Desert Heat and Spicy Garlic. The wings were average at best. The experience was mediocre. The finale bill was not worth our time spent here. I wouldn’t come back. Hope this review helps.

Haven’t been here in quite a while because it is hit and miss on food and service. We came in on Friday and our server was great.(Sorry– don’t remember her name.). Ordered garlic mushrooms and a large order of boneless with parmesean and chipotle. Fast and hot and enough to split.

I can never go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings. Always a good happy hour for food and drinks. Good environment to be around on the good hours. Can get loud on events and game nights. What can say, I’ll always come back for more.

Our server would only receive one star based on last night’s experience. However her co-workers were truly team players and that is why I am delegating 4 stars. The other server delivered condiments and drinks while the cook ran food out. Not only did they do that for our table, but all surrounding tables alwhile our server complained about them.

Updated: Ended up here again due to a large group lunch. Service was much better but the food is lacking for the price. Had it beeen a bit cheaper or the food better would have given it three stars. After three trips ranging from horrible to mediocre still going to stick to wing stop. Better food and nearly half the price. I have been to a lot of bbw’s and this is just not one of thier better locations. Service. They dont care and will not pay attention to you unless you look like a super model. Food. Couldnt tell you, been in twice and never managed to get food within an hour. Drinks. Also, couldn’t tell you. Been in twice and never managed to get a drink delivered within an hour. An absolute waste of time, go to wing stop where they actually care about your experience. I am fairly calm and my experiences here brought me to near madness. This place cant shut down fast enough.

TVs, TVs, TVs!!! This place has more TVs than the display at Best Buy! Inside, out on the patio and even one in each restroom so you will never miss any action. We met some friends here for the last UFC fight night, the place was PACKED so get there early if you want a table. The server was super friendly and for as busy as the place was she did a good job at not letting us sit with empty glasses for too long. All of our food came out hot and was tasty, not overly greasy like some food at other wing joints. Beers were not too overpriced and to my surprise they had Alaskan Amber listed/priced as a domestic, heck ya! Overall a good experience, wouldn’t hesitate going back for another night of hanging out with friends.

I heard all the hipe when this location first opened, everyone was so excited that a BWW was going to open in Carson City! That was a while ago and I always wanted to go check it out but never did until my son asked to go because he loves chicken wings… Bad idea! I didn’t want him to have an entire meal made of wings so I just ordered a few as an app, they were alright. He ended up odering the jerky chicken sandwich. The chicken on this sandwich was paper thin and super small, meaning there was more bread than anything else. My other son, who is younger, ordered the slider on the kids menu. It was super small, made more for like a 3 year old(my son is 9). I ordered the poboy with shrimp. It was miserable, with breaded shrimp, lettuce and tomato, so not worth what I paid for it. My husband got the fish tacos to which you can choose the sauce you want from the options they give you for the wings. He asked the server for her opinion on which to get and she chose the habanero one, he almost choked on it it was so spicy. The tacos themselves were nothing special, breaded fish, lettuce… In conclusion, the food was a HUGE disappointment. I guess you should just order wings and beer here because everything else is horrible. Won’t be going back, ever… Oh, service was pretty good though, that’s why the 2 stars.
