Every time I place a pick up order it’s missing something, 3rd time in a row now… we’ve given them too many chances. I’m done.

I placed an order online and my dad went to pick it up and brought back the food. The order only had half of the things I paid for.

Classic Wings: 50 Piece Family Pack, Mango Habanero, Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Hawaiian, Large Seasoned Fries, Fry Seasoning, Extra Amount of Seasoning, Large Cole Slaw, Ranch, Ranch, Ranch, Ranch, Veggie Sticks, Veggie Sticks
It literally only came with the Large Cole Slaw, 20 Lemon Pepper wings, 25 Cajun, and 5 Mango Habanero BONELESS wings (when the order was 50 CLASSIC wings). They didn’t even bother putting the Hawaiian wings. There were no fries, no veggie sticks, and no ranch dressings.
Not to mention there was no receipt either.
What a waste of my time and money.

Great customer service, and good food. The restaurant itself just needs a little TLC as far as cleaning goes. The condiment area was dirty and so was the kitchen (which is designed to see right from the counter where you pay) There wasn’t even a trashcan for us to throw napkins or straw wrappers away. I understand the staff cleans the tables so we don’t necessarily have to throw away our trash, but still a trash can is needed. we had to give trash to the workers to throw away in their trashcan behind the counter.

We used to go here frequently, but the quality has gone down. The wings are greasy, not enough sauce, and chewy. The fries are mushy and taste like they were from yesterday. They have screwed up my order several times and don’t seem to care.

Wingstop– you never disappoint! My first WS was in Vegas and I was hooked and haven’t had them since I moved away… until now! Nice crispy drums– had the garlic parmesan, BBQ and Louisiana rub and all I can say is yum yum yum! Accompanied with my favorite Michaelob beer, this makes for a perfect night of feasting on beer and wings! Wingstop, I Will Be Back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this WingStop! I’ve been coming here for about 4 years I love the fries they are the best thing about WingStop also my favorite flavors are Lemon Pepper and Original Hot great flavors great service I have never gone back with a problem.

I like wingstop however this location is terrible. They got my order wrong and would not do anything to fix it. Months later I decided to give them another chance. My mistake. If you like wings go to any other location then this one.

First off walking up to the front door there was an excessive amount of litter on the ground. Looking past that, I ordered a 8 piece wing combo and sat down. When I got my wings, I received only 2 drum portions and 6 flapper portions. I noticed an abundance of teenagers hanging out inside and outside the restaurant, not eating just hanging out, talking loud, reading magazines, etc. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and won’t be back. There is a lack of leadership at this restaurant.

the wings texture was pretty good — most were crispy on the outside, not old or dry, size of meat was medium
Louisiana Rub (Classic) — too salty and powdery
Hickory Smoked BBQ (Classic) — kinda boring, not much smoke, more like bbq sauce
Lemon Pepper (Classic) — ok, the better ones of the pack…
Large Seasoned Fries — meh i ate them all
Ranch, Blu Cheese, Honey Mustard — SMALL containers… the annoying part of the takeout.
even tho i didnt love the louisiana or hickory i’d probably end up ordering all the above again

Amazing service from the time I walked in the guy at the counter was amazing. Great smile. Very welcoming. He took my order. Brought it to my table and even check back with us to see we were doing. The wimgs were amazing as usual. Took a little longer than usual to get out but it was lunch rush. everything was amazing and I will be back.

First time ever in a Wing Stop. The pricing was fine. The service was great. The speediness of the order was fine.
I took my order to go. Got the 5 Tenders with gries, drink, and 2 rolls on the side. I ate the rolls as I drove to my apartment and they were great; had great flavor. The tenders were soft, the breading was fine, but the grease was way too much for me. I thought about taking a picture but I decided not to and then I decided to do this. The fries are okay.
I will go back to try the wings, but if they are just as greasy I will probably not go back.

This review is for dining in only. My gf and I use to frequent this location on a weekly basis. Usually after final exams and on very very bad days. The wings and creamy blue cheese sauce at Wingstop keeps our friendship together. I recommend the garlic parm, lemon pepper, and honey bbq. Don’t forget about the hand cut fries which are so tasty with a dusting of celery salt and sugar.
Here’s a bold statement for ya: they’re better than Pluckers and Buffalo Wild Wings, in my humble wing lovin’ opinion.

We eat at ALL the Wingstop locations so it’s about time I leave a review. Me and my daughter LOVE the drink machine! Very cool.
Lemon pepper is our favorite and I also like the Louisiana rub. Always with ranch dressing and veggie sticks. I LOVE how crisp the celery sticks are. I tried the potato salad because of a good review I read but it wasn’t worth it.LOL. I still haven’t tried the rolls yet but I plan to really soon

Its wings. what else is there to say.
Its always busy so call ahead. If you’re going to order for a game day event… call way ahead.
Staff is friendly.
Parking is ok.
Restroom is decent.
They have beer. :)
I do think they changed something in the cheddar cheese sauce over the years but everything on the menu is good. You can get your wings dry with sauce on the side or totally wet. I like a place that has options. I was very glad when they opened this location years ago.

Ok — I don’t understand… sugar and salt… on FRIES!!! It’s disgusting… and the «cheese» on the fries… I’m pretty sure when the «cheese» arrived at that location it was in a solid, non-​refrigerated box without an expiration date. When we asked the lady about the fries she said they couldn’t make them without the sugar because it came that was from their supplier.
The place was packed (6 tables), loud, cold and not very appealing… I hate to give a 1 star but I didn’t like anything here. And I was looking for positives — OH OH — There’s a gun shop next door — and that guy is a HOOT! There’s the positive.

Hadn’t been here in several years, but after a disappointing dinner in Garland, my son asked for some wings while we watched the game @ home, so I agreed because of the close proximity to home even though we usually eat wings @ Buffalo Wild Wings.
I didn’t mind the 20 min wait since we didn’t phone in the order, the place was packed and it was less than an hour till game time.
We ordered a 24 family pack which came w fries & veggies. First off, Wowzerz!!! I forgot how DELISH the fries are!!! We had original which always hits the spot, Teriyaki & tried Hawaiian for the first time. It was a bit too sweet for my taste and wish I would have tried the mango habanero since that’s usually what we get at BWW, but I didn’t even see it on the menu until after we had ordered.
Any who, everything was DELISH and the staff was totally awesome!
We will most definitely be back!

i have to give it to them… wingstop used to be my favorite spot until i started venturing out & discovered other wing spots… but now… wingstop may be back on my map! i picked up my girl some wings w/​the louisiana rub… man. they were good… not spicy… had a little kick to them! the fries are still the best as i once remembered them to be lol… might have to visit wingstop a little more often now

Better than your Pluckers, BWW, wingstreet. The mix of sweet and salty fries are really a gamble per location but the wings are still satisfying. May be a bit greasy but that lemon pepper and garlic parmesan is always good. Throw in a few spicier wings too.
