Pizza Hut

We ordered our pizza at 6:55 and were told we would get it at 7:40. We got a call saying they were out of ham and changed to chicken which wasn’t a big deal BUT we didn’t get our pizza until 8:15. When we called at 8:00, they said the driver had left 10 minutes ago… we live 2 minutes down the road. Our pizzas were likewarm and one of them had the onions cooked in but the chicken and spinach were literally just thrown on! So annoyed. Never order from this location!!!

I order from here frequently, but it’s always carry out. I’ve never had any issues with my orders. The pizza is what you would expect. It’s nothing spectacular, but it satisfies those pizza cravings. I’ll keep coming back.

My wife and I just ordered from this location for the first time since moving into our new house. We have eaten at Pizza Hut plenty of other times and have good understanding of what to expect with the food. This was a train wreck of an experience. It’s unfortunate because we enjoy Pizza Hut from time to time and will likely have to find a different to order from in the future. Order was poorly made, missing an item, and cross contaminated.

They forgot the breadsticks that are supposed to come with the family style chicken alfredo pasta. Then I called to get the issue corrected and took almost 10 min on the phone to get it corrected. I wanted them to deliver the breadsticks as it was supposed to be and not a credit. My wife can’t eat a credit. My wife did not want to eat her pasta as planned without the breadsticks. They have took almost an hour to get the replacement bread sticks here and we are only 3 miles away.
The replacement breadsticks apparently where not cooked in a clean pan. The outside two breadsticks had chocolate all over the outside edges. This clearly tells me they are not properly cleaning their utensils and cooking pans between uses. This creates a serious concern about the hygiene and food safety practices at this location.
The little guy who delivered the breadsticks did not say a word at the door. He did not even apologize or anything about the issue. He handed them to me and turned to go to his car. Seriously??? You jack up my order, prevent my wife from enjoying her meal, and then don’t even apologize?
The chicken alfredo pasta was made ok and was delivered hot. However, by the time she got her breadsticks it was cold so that didn’t help much.
The rest of the order was not made very well either. The meat lovers pizza, toasted Asiago breadsticks, and BBQ boneless wings were all luke warm at best. I had to put the pizza in my home oven to warm it up before eating it. They also took the pizza out of the oven to soon as well. The edges of the pizza should have that nice buttery crispy edge and the crust was soft and lacking greatly in crispness and no buttery flavor.
The apple pie deserts were warm however, they have been exposed to some sort of spice or sauce. I have had these many times all over the country. These should not burn my tongue from spice heat when I eat them. It was not the temperature it was some sort of spice that must have gotten on them. Several of them had this and a few did not.
There needs to be some serious quality controls put into place here in addition to some customer service training. I would also suspect a refresher on food safety training.

We ordered our pizza at 4:40 and received an email it would be here at 5:40. Our delivery driver shows up at 6:15 and the pizza its cold. I called the store and the person in charge, Sarah, states she can send another which will take another hour, credit the next pizza which I declined because I won’t be ordering from this location again, or we could take it up there for a refund. I advised Sarah I wanted my money back for the inconvenience so she made me wait another 30 mins to check with the manager to verify the only way I could get a refund was to take the pizza back to them. I ended up (2 hours after the order was placed) taking the pizza back to them for a refund just so they can throw it away and ended up going to a pizza joint down the street. The whole experience was terrible. I will not be ordering from this location again!

Just what we expected. Nothing more, but the food was good, hot and fast. Perfect for our «TV Night» date! Another nice service point: we came to pick up our order, and before they gave it to us, they opened everything to double-​check that our order was correct. It was. Yeah!

It’s a Pizza Hut carry out storefront not far from home. We’ve ordered delivery and carry out from this location numerous times, and always find that they deliver on time and get your order correct. I’ve seen the carryout line pretty deep, but they tend to handle customers quickly and efficiently.

Drawn in by the $ 10 offer, we ordered one pizza on Cowboy Sunday and what a cluster pluck… yes…the restaurant and the effin game. Wtf Romo? Three interceptions — really? really?
They were super busy and the manager seemed to be doing his best operating with the dullest knives in the drawer for front line staff. Despite the long wait, he compensated me with a comp pizza… so he went from a cluster to hmmmm 4 stars. So why two on the review?
Well, I went for my free izza today and shocker… they were out of cheese and pepper sprinkle «again» the manager stated. Isn’t this one of the basic order items for the week? how are you out…“again” and not learning from your mistakes?
cluster plucking at it’s best but it’s the closest pizza hut to me so I’ll unfortunately, I’ll be back
