I came here after our last company A-​Affordable Pool & Spa (across street) continually missed appointments, sent creepy techs, etc.
I walked in the store and had my dog with me (couldn’t leave her in the car) — the salesman was very kind and let me bring in the dog (didn’t seem upset or annoyed at that). He provided me free water testing, advice on my broken actuator valve, and scheduled me for a service call the next day.
The service technician was on time, polite, kind, and assisted me with multiple questions I had. I will be using Sparkle Brite from now on — very nice staff!

Best trade-​service, at a giant value, I’ve had in years (pools, plumbing, electric etc) This shop. which we found by chance, offers pool products cheaper than Leslies and service that by a mile, was the best. The pool tech (ask for «Chris»)spent an extra 2 hours on our service call, trying to troubleshoot it to save parts and money on our behalf. Rare to find. For only 200. we got some replacement parts/​installation on some leaks costing muchmore than that per month, a «Pool School“on how to best manage our pool, saved money on chemicals. They took their time explaining (sorry Leslie’s, but you rushed us many times)
Couldnt come more highly recommended. Great to do business, and they actually seemed to give an S about our pool and took pride in their work. The owner contacted me directly, a nice touch.
