This place has some pretty great gluten-free and vegan options. However, most of the gf and vegan options are sides. I didn’t see many vegetarian complete meals. The steamed kale, ginger broccoli, and mashed sweet potatoes that I did pick up looked delicious, and I can’t wait to take them for my lunch at work. They also had sweet potato planks, rosemary potatoes, and a vegetarian(not vegan unfortunately) quinoa and pesto pasta. They have a color-coded system for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free items and allergens, which I didn’t notice until I asked, but was very helpful. This place makes taking a lunch easy, with everything in ready-to-heat microwave containers. A little pricey, but I’m satisfied getting 3 of the healthiest foods, pre-prepared, for $ 10. The staff members, who seemed very workout/nutrition oriented, were very helpful. I’ll probably be back to grab some quick items for lunch.

So far loving the GF options, the portions looked small but filled me up. Excited to go back and see new options. The staff was super nice and very helpful! I love the fruit infused water they have as well. I’ll be back for sure.

Food is good, over-priced if you ask me. Set up is a little awkward too. Good option if you’re feeling to lazy to cook but if you can, just make this stuff yourself. Again, nothing against the food. It’s delicious and high-quality, but it’d be so much cheaper to throw together on your own.

I have never actually been inside one of the stores(I order delivery through Dining In). That said, I have been rather happy with the majority of dishes that I have ordered from Pick a fit. I made my 2nd order today, and so far everything has been delicious. Things I absolutely adore: Sauteed kale, sauteed spinach, rosemary potatoes, bistro filet, lemon basil shrimp. Things I would not order again: Chicken enchilada meal(dry chicken, little taste to the whole meal, not worth the price). Overall, I am very pleased with my pick a fit experience. I’m not dieting, so I can’t really comment on portion versus calories. The food is good overall in my opinion. I don’t know how you people are cooking your sauteed spinach, but I could have happily eaten at least 4 of those side dishes for a full meal. It was that good. FYI: if you order through dining in, not everything offered is available. Things are seasonal or simply sold out. The service will call with substitutions or cancel unavailable items. The prices are pretty close to fair market if you judge it on restaurant food(tastes like it for the most part.) I’ll try to update as I sample the ones currently in my fridge.

The chicken Parmesan and sweet potato planks are my absolute favorite! Definitely a good(and much healthier) option for eating out or picking something up on the go!

This is the second time I’ve purchased food from the Plano location and the food was molded. Attached you will see the expiration date reflecting 11÷27÷14 and today is 11÷25÷14. This is unacceptable and will be reported to the Health Dept.

Disappointing — I tried the place because of the Groupon. I get it — this is designed for people who are really counting all the nutrients they put in the body, but to me, it was overpriced and bland. Plus you have to microwave it(really??). So for $ 8.75(cost of refrigerated piece of salmon) I can probably pick up a lunch plate at a local restaurant — at least it will be fresh and hot… Green beans — I could not chew through them, had to waste! Maybe I just picked the wrong dish…

I was pretty disappointed in my Pick a Fit foods experience. I usually shop at My Fit Foods but when I saw the groupon for Pick a Fit, I was excited to try something new. All of the chicken and turkey in my meals taste dry… Almost like they came out of a freezer bag. Hmm. Found it odd not to have ingredients and nutritional information included on packaging. People who shop there obviously care about what they’re putting in their body– we need to know! Also it was so expensive! Way overpriced. I usually spend around $ 70 for 3 days worth of food at My Fit Foods including meal shakes, snacks, lunches, and dinners! My total at Pick a Fit was $ 65 for 3 days of only lunches and dinners! Thank God I had the groupon so I only wasted $ 45. I won’t be back any time soon!

Great food & great customer service. My favorites are the panko tilapia, turkey mac & cheese & black bean chili. This is a great option when you don’t have time to cook but still want to provide a healthy meal for your family.

Pick A Fit is AWESOME!!! You can’t beat the the great flavor in a healthy food choice. It is very easy to create a meal. The nutrition information is printed on each item(if you’re counting anything)… The Lemon Basil Shrimp was wonderful(for my main dish). There are so many veggies and side dishes that all look very tasty. I went with the Roasted Vegetables and was very pleased. My son, who is a mac and cheese connoisseur had the Turkey Mac and Cheese — oh yes, it is a must try!!! If there was a location closer to home, I’d definitely join the Pick A Fit partner membership for the savings. I’d be there very often… Enjoy!!!

I’ve been walking up here on lunch everyday for some exercise, and this place is awesome.(They have fruit infused water, which is wonderful after walking in this heat. And it’s free!) The foods are all portioned out with macronutrients on the labels, making it easy to track what you’re eating. They’re even in the database already! As far as taste goes, everything I’ve tried has been delicious! I even went for breakfast today! Yes, it is a bit more than what you’d spend in the McDonald’s drive-thru. For the health benefits though, it is worth it. The staff is very friendly too :)

I was so excited about the opening of this place because I heard it allowed mixing and matching of healthy food for a variety of diets. I am allergic to both dairy and gluten and I was so excited when they advertised they had gluten free and dairy free entrees. I bought a groupon and brought my co-worker with me… and to my ultimate super sadness they had only a few options for me. Store: Very plain and clean. Love the Ikea mirrors and the simple layout. Allergy-Friendliness: Scary. There are no labels on anything. When I asked the girl who worked there, she had to read every package to see if it was gluten and/or dairy free. She thought the quinoia pasta was gluten free; but it was obvious she was just guessing to both me and my co-worker. You’d think they’d be labeled. I did not feel confident ATALL, so I bought a bunch of raw veggies and some vegan mashed potatoes just to be safe. Price: I felt the prices were rather high, I think $ 10 – 15 for a full meal(for someone like my co-worker who has no allergies). And my co-worker who is a manly man thought the servings were pretty puny sized. Note: I was also disappointed in the packaging — tiny thick plastic packages — creates a whole lot of waste, would much rather see compostable packaging especially at that price point. Or maybe I am turning into a hippie? Either way, I will not be back.

I recently bought some meals from pick a fit and just can’t say enough great things… the Mac and cheese was delicious and the turkey meatloaf is too die for, all are labelled with w.w. points. everyone was very helpful and knowledgable about all the dishes I can’t wait to go back…
