We were in the area and were looking for a quick place to eat, and stumbled upon this restaurant. The location is not the easiest to find, as they are situated deep in the shopping plaza, however, it was definitely worth the trip. The interior of the restaurant is clean, simple, and well lit. There are a few TVs hanging around the dining area and is sectioned off into two parts by short walls. The first thing my husband and I noticed was the broth. We instantly noticed that the broth had left our mouths with the signature«sticky» film, only present when the broth is made properly with the bones until the marrow is cooked out of them. It was also clear(not cloudy from the artificial broth stocks), and had a very refreshing taste through and through. Their portions are great. They definitely give more food than the standard phở chain restaurants in the DFW metroplex. Each of the bowls contain much more noodles than the chains, and have higher quality meat! The only thing I wish I had asked for was for more cilantro. I absolutely love the addition of the herb to my soup, and this restaurant brings out the soup with cilantro already chopped into it.

Phở greater or equal to Mi Quang then Banh Canh but they are all good. Nice and festive atmosphere with lanterns and colorful décor! Nice and fast service! So full! Perfect for a cold night when you need something warm in your belly and not so many people around with loud kids that you want to scream. It’s nice and peaceful here with nice and peaceful staff! Feels like family! Big portions! I love these hole in the wall places like this where you can get dishes a little different than other places! I’d come back.

I did a little research on nearby phở restaurants before I decided to dine here. I’m glad I did, because I found this restaurant and I was very satisfied with the quality of their phở. It wasn’t too crowded either. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Delicious!

I have been going to this restaurant weekly for two years after my favorite place next door to them called Bön Mua closed down. The phở was ok and I do like their Bun Mang Vit which is Duck soup and Bun Bo Hue. However, two months ago, when I was at the restaurant, I went to the ladies room and on the way back to the table, I saw some rat droppings in the hallway. I went and told the owner and she acted like she didn’t understand me and I even spoke to her in Vietnamese. So I made a decision to not go back ever again. Well a few days ago, I broke my promise and went there because I didn’t feel like going to Phở Pasteur as it was much further so I went back to this restaurant. I ordered their bun bo hue and it was terrible. It was mushy, the broth was cloudy and the beef was mushy also. For the first time, I did not finish my soup. I also ordered a Thai tea and it was way too creamy and sweet. I asked the waiter if he can exchange out another drink and he went to ask the owner. She said they won’t do that. They can only make me a new Thai tea and put less cream in it. I said ok. Fine. Then I went to the ladies room again to check to see if the rat droppings were still there in the hallway and oh my gosh, they were still in the corner. I did not mention it to the owner this time. I just decided after seeing the rat droppings again, the quality of the food going down, prices going up, and the poor customer service because they refuse to let me switch out my drink, that I will never ever go back to this restaurant. I will wait for the new Phở Noodle place that will be opening soon on Josey and 121.

Consistently best phở in Dallas. Always fresh and flavorful with great service. Only complaint is that they use Chinese wrappers on their egg rolls instead of the bubbly Vietnamese kind.

My husband and I walked in to find that every table still had dirty dishes and had not been bussed, but I can look past that. We order our food, two appetizers and two entrees. After fifteen minutes(reasonable wait time) My husband’s entrée comes out first. Soon after, the appetizers come out(I am still okay at this point, who cares if the appetizer comes out after?) Then our server comes up to me to let me know my choice has been sold out… So you are telling me that after fifteen minutes, you come to let me know my dish is unavailable? After my husband’s food and the appetizers come out? That I cannot understand.

Best phở I’ve had on a long time! Tasted like my momma’s cooking! The broth was clear, a bit greasy like phở should be, & flavorful! I could tell they used good portions of beef & bones to make their broth! The best thing was that they offered 4 diff. bowl sizes to choose from! I oredered a medium, ate & drank down my bowl of phở bc that was how good it was! Next time, I’m going to order a Extra large bowl! Service was sweet, simple, & friendly! Their prices were great in exchange for a really great meal for 2!

I get the same dish every time I come here. The #1 combo rice dish. My gf gets the #2 combo phở. We are both very happy with our food each time we come, which is about 1 – 2 times per week(there is a reason I’m the duke). I haven’t tried most of the menu and that is no reflection on this business but, how can I properly give a 5 star rating to a place where I’ve only tried like 3 items? 4 stars is what they get but just know that I am very happy with this place and I have never had a bad experience.

What the hell. It is simple. Good food, good service, value for your money. Ordered seafood soup. Beef broth, one shrimp, 4 cheap ass fish balls with the consistency of rubber from the supermarket next door. This place used to rock. Thank God for the Super-H plaza. At the very least I can cook it myself.

A trio on shopping spree — really hungry and craving for something spicy. And the husband craving for phở. Which he always does. No reason. No season. So, just before we started our little shopping trip at Ross, we came to the Goodwill donation center — a block further from Ross. As soon as we dropped the stuff, the husband spotted this little gem(I think he is secretly Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese and has ability to find all such local spots: P). So, he stopped by to get the boba Thai tea. The tea was good — subtle flavor and soft bobas. Although, it can do without the artificial orange coloring. Then we went came back for dinner after letting the shopping square rob our money: P. We had a movie to rush to. And as soon as the waiter stopped by, we told him the same, that we needed to hurrrry… He was really nice and polite. And that extra star is for him! He took our orders and was back in 7 mins flat! The 1st sip of phở made everyone realize that the food was not sitting around to be just microwaved :) The broth was perfect — you could taste the distinct flavors in the broth. The chicken was fresh, and so were the vegetables. The second item was vegetable fried rice with tofu, sans any meat. The rice was fresh and overall, it was tasty. The waiter, humble waiter checked on us couple of times — in a not hovering pushing kind. Which is what I liked and appreciated. Overall, I want to return to sample other items on the menu. And for the awesome service!

Wow, really good. You taste the spices, cinnamon, star anise, cardamon. Really good. The Tai is tender, the Nam, tasty. They threw in some tendon and tripe by accident. Which I don’t mind. I was actually gonna order the Dac Biet. But i switched to Tai Nam at the last minute. I’m coming back. It’s better than Phở Pastuer II.

Great service! I ordered a small phở and it came out within 5 – 10 min. It was delicious! The meat was cooked perfectly and it definitely wasn’t the cheap meat that most phở places use. The waiter was really kind and checked up on me every so often to see how things were. Definitely recommend this place!

Walked in, took secluded table, odered«phở dac biet/special phở» and one hot tea -$ 1. It took 30 mins to enjoy my lunch and that was my remedy for a flu day! Ps: spring roll is good as well.

I love this place! I try to go there as much as I can. Today I introduced my co-worker to them and she loved it as well. It was a pick up order and she was talking to them about us eating it at our office, so they let us borrow two glass bowls and metal silverware! That was so nice of them, they did not have to go so above and beyond. I will continue to go there and I will continue to sing their praises!

Bön Mua next door is closed for vacation or renovating … not sure. so we went next to dto Phở Huong Name… it was pretty busy the service was a bit slow… price a tiny bit higher maybe $ 1 or so than others… and took a while for the food to come out … bowl size is ok broth is ok… but not enough ingredients at all I felt like there were only 4~5 pieces meat in their specialty combo phở this was kind of disappointing. I’d rate is probably 2.5−3 stars for just ok PHO we will visit again in the future hopefully things will become better.
