Papa John’s Pizza

Cannot say enough good things about this papa location. They are always on time if not early, and everything is always correct, hot, and delicious! The drivers are also always very nice. I have only ever had one issue with ordering and it was a bug in the online ordering system. The local store fixed the issue right away. This is the best papa location that I have ever been serviced by!

This is customer service at its best! Came in tonight to pick up an order. Something happened online and we must have made a mistake because they didn’t have it. Instead of just saying well too bad, they quickly asked what we had ordered and then even comp’d it for me (since we had paid online). That’s excellent service and rare these days. We’ll continue to come back here! Way to go!

Barely average. Actually below average is a better description. Very sloppy putting the toppings on. One side had all the pepperoni on the other almost none. The pepper they put on the side looked way past its prime and was the size of a dime. The flavor of the pie was okay, nothing to remember and this order gives me no reason to return. The local Domino’s and Pizza Hut taste better and take more care in preparation of the pie. No more papa john for me.

Ordered pizza for carry out. Waited 30 minutes before going to pick up pizza. I get to the store and waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge I came in the door. After not finding my order in the system, another staff member found my order and told me it would be 10 minutes before my 1 pizza would be ready.

Just got my pizza and have to say it was pretty good especially the crust with the garlic sauce. I was only disappointed because I ordered very early in the morning to have it delivered at 830 pm and my pizza was still late even though I called them TWICE to remind them my pizza needed to be here by 830 (friends were waiting). Other than that it was good but pricey compared to dominos and pizza Hut and flavor was just a TAD bit better.

There’s nothing special about this Papa Johns, but after many failed deliveries from the other chains nearby, this is the only place I’ll order delivery from. And even then I’m hesitant because they occasionally undercook the pizza. I like either of their BBQ pizzas and their garlic Parmesan breadsticks. It is what it is, don’t expect much.

Over the moon happy with the quality of service received from this location for delivery option. Why? Believe me. A good pizza place is hard to find these days and I sure appreciate it.
My 5 star rating reasons:
1)Unbelievably fast delivery EVEN on Sunday.
2)Yes, Sundaaay Football days.
3)The pizza has been hot and fresh every order
4) and the delivery staff is pleasant and patient each time they do a pizza drop off I fumble around signing the order receipt, digging out a tip and containing my four year old son as he hangs on my leg over pizza excitement.
5)Mmmm pizza. Extra garlic sauce please!!!

I love getting my pizza from papa john s no matter what location it is I always get ot the same way.
I do have my favorite spot and that is this one great customer service, always hot and fresh.

Every time we order the pizza seems like it sat for a while. I like Papa Johns other places but this one has never impressed me.

This review is posted on Google also. If I could give this Papa John’s a negative star I would. While watching a movie we didn’t take notice at how long our pizza was taking to arrive until the movie was finished. When we called Papa John’s and asked the status of our pizza a female employee answered stating, «your pizza has already been delivered 2 hours ago». Kindly telling her that her statement was false she put us on hold. While on hold the pizza arrived… ICE COLD! When we asked the driver what happened he stated, «there was another order in your neighborhood and my supervisor wanted me to wait till their pizza was ready so I could deliver them at the same time because we are short of drivers». Returning to the phone we told the employee that the pizza arrived and its ice cold, that we did not want another pizza, and we’d never purchase from them again. We are 100% shocked that we have not yet received a courtesy phone call to apologize for their horrible service. We love Papa Johns and we love their free pizza point system, but we will NOT suffer because they’re short of drivers! How fair is it that another customer gets their pizza delivered hot while ours is two hours ice cold because we put our order in before theirs in the same neighborhood?
