Great pizza. Big slices, great flavor, and we’ll priced. Also offers different pastas, subs, and a variety of entrees.

One might find the service at this place rude, but then you remember they’re from NY and everyone is rude there so it makes it acceptable. I ordered the linguini white clam and my wife ordered the chicken parm. My linguini white clam dish tasted only like oregano. I think an entire bottle of it went in there. There was no other taste other than oregano. Way too strong for me. The clams were small, but there were a ton of them. The sauce was a bit on the heavy side as well. The entire bottom half of the dish was pure liquid. My wife couldn’t figure out if her dish was eggplant parm or chicken parm. Her spaghetti side was good though. The bread. This is where it’s at. Amazing bread and they actually give you the right amount of butter to go with it. Would definitely go back just for the bread. On the upside, the prices were great.

Pretty solid pizza, been coming here for 15 years. A little on the greasy side but good. 2 slices and a drink is about $ 6, used to be $ 4 back in 2003 hah. Probably the best non chain pizza in Carrollton. I read some of the reviews on friendliness, they are ok, seem like authentic New Yorkers, not that nice, hah. Definitely coming here for years to come though.

I was having lunch with my parents and grandma and they wanted to go try a new pizza place called Joe’s Pizza. I was like okay lets go! I asked them how they heard about it and they said the owner apparently goes to their church(they had never met him but heard that it was good) and they wanted to go show their support and check it out for themselves. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and they can spot first timers and explain how it works and all that and then what i assume was the owner stepped up and was super nice and helpful just like his employees were. My mom and grandma have a love for Spinach Alfredo pizza and it wasnt on the menu at this place but the owner was like if you want it you got it and they made it for us. For 4 of us we got a large pizza and we all got drinks and it was like $ 20. That is a really good deal! I felt like their prices on pizza’s were very reasonably priced and they deliver which is a double whammy! So we sat down at a table and waited for the pizza to come out. I have to say they did a pretty good job, the slices are really big, next time we might have them cut it smaller, and it was a just little greasy but hey its pizza they all are and it sure was delicious. My parents are crazy about their pizza places(you’d think they were Italian) and they have been back probably every other weekend if not every weekend since then. I like this place because it is good, reasonably priced and it is not loud or overly busy, it is nice and clean inside and you can just relax and enjoy your pizza.

These guys are rude. Over charged me by $ 54. Then acted like it was my fault. The pizza is greasy and the dough is too sweet. I’ll never eat here again. Neither should you.

Horrible service when ordering pickup. I placed an order, arrived 20 minutes later, waited for 10 more minutes for a worker to pay attention to me… they asked my name and began making my order! Delivery is worse, late, usually wrong. I’m done with Joe’s.

I’ve been living in this area for 20 years and have always passed by this place and I’m disappointed I never stopped by and gave this place a chance until now. I came here with my sister and was greeted by who I assume is the owner«Joe», we watched as he interacted with enthusiasm to his regulars. He greeted us right away and gave us some recommendations. My sister and I decided to share a small Margherita Pizza and the Seafood Special Pasta! The pizza was super Brooklyn style and tasted like authentic New York Pizza, and you can tell by Joe’s accent that he’s from Brooklyn and he knows what he’s doing with his pies! The Seafood Special is hands down one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. There is so much flavor pa led into the sauce that I couldn’t resist dipping my bread in it! It came with crab meat, mussels, shrimp, and calamari! $ 16 for a dish packed with all that flavor and seafood is a no brainier for me! I will def. be back for more!

The best pizza in town. Look no further you have found what you have been looking for. Have not tried any of their other dishes.

I’ve been going to Joe’s for years and will continue to go! The prices are right along with the Italiano cuisine. House salad is a must to get when dining in. I always go for a slice or two of there pizzas which is NY style and it fills you up. The employees are nice and some have Italian accents so that’s always fun. Next time you’re craving a slice of pizza hit this place up!

My husband used to eat at this place in high school and has always recommended it and now I am too. Do you want to eat the best garlic bread you’ve ever had? Eat here. Boom.

Unfriendly staff. Really bad customer service. The pizza is decent but hard to go back when you are treated poorly by the employees

I’ve been coming here since I was 14 years old. I’m 23 now and it’s still the best pizza in town. A true mom and pop style pizza joint with the most delicious slices around. If you don’t love it you must not like good pizza!

Stopped here for lunch with the family– a huge slice of pizza, a drink and a salad is $ 5.55! The great: The pricing, the salad dressing(they make their house dressing from scratch — a nice biting tomato vinaigrette). The good: The pizza is nice– it’s thin crust warm the cheese slice back up in the oven once you order with whatever toppings you want type of pizza place– would be better fresh, but for a fast bite you can’t have it all. The bad: No complaints, really — the dining room is a tad worn — but for the prices– don’t change a thing!

I’ve been going to this Joe’s for over 15 years and I love their food and pizzas. The owner is usually always there helping out and I love that they expanded their dine in area a few years ago. Very friendly and fast service. You get a lot of food for your money and it’s delicious.

This is the best pizza in our delivery area. Even better is the value, you can easily feed a lot of hungry adults for less than 30.00. We love the MEATBALL pizza. It is wonderful. Fast, Friendly delivery as well. Also try the Garlic Bread with cheese. It melts in your mouth.

Excellent NY style pizza. Wide selection of pastas, pizza, and sandwiches. Reasonably priced for excellent food. Locals keep your eye out on the coupon mailers, this place always has one in there with good deals.

While this is the BEST pizza in the area, certainly in Carrollton, the rest of their menu(pasta, subs) sucks! When you go to Joe’s, you ONLY go for pizza and their house salad with their DELICIOUS house dressing. For the love of God, do not get anything else. You can taste that their pasta is precooked, chillin’ in a warming tray until you order it, and the sauces are straight out of a can. They should really stop serving pasta altogether, as they’re embarrassing themselves as Italian-Americans. With that’s said, the pizza is delicious, and merits 4 stars on its own.

Omg this place is so gross. I dined here with my bf because he’s done takeout from here before. Just from where I was sitting I could see health code violations. Cold pizza and calzones etc sitting out at room temperature, no heat lamp.(Bread out at room temp is one thing but…) I saw two servers touch the bread, pizza, calzones with bare hands. No gloves, no tongs. ?!Keep in mind this is just what I saw from my seat in the dining area. I ordered a crab special pasta thing. Holy shit, I want my money back. Basically it was spaghetti noodles with minced garlic, margarine or butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, lumps of semi-melted grated mozzarella and KRABSTICKS. They didn’t even use real crab, it was cheap substitute crab meat. I wasn’t expecting fresh crab, I mean it’s a mom and pop kind of place in Texas and not a popular dish so I expected like canned or something. But for $ 12?! They need to take it off the menu. Ughh. So grossed out by how dirty this place is and unsanitary practices. I wonder how they passed health inspection.
