I walked into this location on 5-​18-​2016 at 8:00 P.M. To place an order. I went to place an order for the $ 1.50 pulled pork sliders and Yanira stated that they don’t do them at this location. I pulled up the Dickeys location for this location and showered her on my iPhone. She stated that I would have to buy an entire platter. Really?
Filled a complaint with the corporate office and they e mailed a coupon for a yellow cup.
It’s ok, went down the street and ordered $ 35 of BBQ from a mom and pop place.
Customer lost for life.

I was surpised by how good the food at this location was. I haven’t eaten here in years but they have a new customer in me. The food was fresh and I got free ice cream.

They were located right across from our hotel and boy we were pleased. We visited Dallas in May and we were sooooo happy to find this place. They were so kind and they prices are wonderful. Dickey’s won’t disappoint.

I ate at this dickeys a few months ago and had a terrible experience and was told to come in for a free meal.
The staff here rejected the coupon and said they won’t accept it. Even though it was written by the manager of the store.
Wish I could re rate their food but service is bad. They are still lacking proper training.
The food did look dry and stale. But that’s just on appearance I won’t pay for a meal I didn’t get to eat.

Good BBQ very friendly staff. I had the smoked turkey an it was excellent. The kids had the brisket plates and they loved them. We will be back.

I ordered the family pack online. When I arrived the order was not ready. The beef and chicken were mixed up in the same container. The pints were not filled up. To make matters worse I the meat did not weigh 3 lbs. And I weighed it in the tin container. The rolls were hard and had been sitting around. I did not receive a thank you, even when I said your welcome. I will not be returning.

We stopped for lunch and I had the 2 meat platter. I choose ribs and pulled pork with the sides of potato salad and … honestly I don’t recall the other so it must have not been good.
The sides tasted kind of «chemical» and «prepared– not fresh». I didn’t really enjoy them. My husband has the mac and cheese and the au gratin potatos and I tasted them and thought the same thing.
But the meat was a different story– nice juice, yummy smokehouse flavor. The rib meat was falling off the bone and the pulled pork was tender and seasoned all the way thru. I had some of my husbands chicken and it was as good as the pork.
They also had free ice cream — but I was so stuffed with meat goodness, I just couldn’t.
If I am in the Dallas area, I would stop in again. YUMMY!

Had lunch special with pulled pork sandwich… it was tender & nicely trimmed with no fat. Dill potato salad & cole slaw tasted fresh & delicious. I will be a regular & highly recommend this Dickey’s Barbeque location!

It’s good barbecue, and took over where Dodie’s used to be. The staff is extremely friendly, and they have self-​serve ice cream. What more could you possibly want?
