Country Express Cleaners

DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PROPERTY TO THESE INCOMPETENTS. I dropped off eight shirts for laundry/​dry cleaning on Saturday and was told they would be ready Monday after 5:00PM. I went by on Monday at 5:30pm and was given five shirts and told the others would be ready Tuesday morning. I went by at 9:30am Tuesday and still no shirts. The moron at the counter said it would be after 3:00pm Tuesday. I finally received my shirts on Wednesday at noon.
Never again!

I’ve used Country Express for the last several years. Their prices are not the very best but they aren’t terrible either. I go for convenience. My wife likes Zoom but it’s too far for me to drive there in traffic to and from work.
I’m giving 3 stars. Nothing special really that makes the place stand out… they get the job done though.
I don’t expect to be wined and dined at a dry cleaner… although I have to say per GP’s review that it’s reasonable for someone to greet you promptly. Sometimes an employee is just having a bad day… who knows. They’ve always greeted me as a customer and been quick to pull the clothes.
Work has been all completed to my satisfaction with one or two minor exceptions. One time we did have them dry clean a comforter and it came back wet. I think they might have misunderstood our request.
I think there could be communication issues sometimes. I would suggest you be clear on whether you want something dry cleaned or just laundered. If there is a mistake and they dry clean just ask them to give you the laundered price. I think they did that once for us.

This business is a criminal front I am convinced. DO NOT GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED. The lady that is the owner and works the front desk took four shirts of mine on Friday June 24^th and gave me a receipt to launder the shirts.
When I picked the shirts up on 6/​26, she charged me for dry cleaning two of them at a rate of FOUR times the cost of laundering shirts. One of the shirts they supposedly «dry cleaned» was not even clean! She already had my money before I could do anything and would not give me back the proper change. I have had both of these shirts for several years and always laundered them and never dry cleaned them.
This place essentially stole from me! Do not go to this cleaner unless you want to get robbed.

Ok — I can’t comment on the quality of their dry cleaning because once I walked in our relationship didn’t get that far– BUT — I can comment on their customer service. LOUSY. Zero star service!
I walked in, said hello, and stood in front of the lady at the desk for a solid 3 minutes before I got any kind of reply. I thought she couldn’t speak english but turns out she just has the personality of sour milk.
The whole story is not worth writing but after getting a little lip about who knows what I decided not to lend them my business — honestly I’ve thought about sharting my pants and taking them back in. :)
