Brother had a craving for pizza tonight so we headed out to our neighborhood Cicis. The family arrived around 9:20, only to find they were already cleaning up! The manager, Sean, said it was a slow day so they were closing the buffet earlier than their posted 10pm closing time. Instead of turning us away, Sean patiently helped our indecisive family decide on three large pizzas for $ 22, let us get drinks while we waited, and even surprised us with a free dessert pizza! On our way out the three employees at the front cheerily wished us a good night :) A+++ service you guys!

For quick pizza this was really good, especially the cheese crust stuffed pepperoni pizza. Veggie thin crust pizza was really good and so was the meat lovers pizza. The lettuce on the salad bar was kinda old, but the rest looked really good, so I got some cucumbers which were fresh. My son had 3 helpings of the pasta. The place was clean looking and the guy busing stopped to take our used plates. We’d come back again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Cici’s Pizza. 1. This is a very friendly place, it’s pretty clean. Compared to other restaurants. 2. My son loves it! He approval matters. 3. The price is GREAT! The food is good. You have many options from the food line, I should say buffet. Everything is great!!! Thank you for giving us the best service and being so friendly to our kids!

Ok, positives first. The salad bar was very well-stocked as was all of the pizza. My husband and I special-ordered 2 pizzas and they both arrived incorrect. We didn’t want to say anything though, as we didn’t want the poor employees to get yelled at in front of everyone. That’s right. The incredibly cocky, power-drunk manager spent the whole time we were there loudly correcting and chastising his employees in front of the whole restaurant. We were disgusted by him. This place needs Undercover Boss.

When I went here the service was horrible. The manager wouldn’t take my survey coupon that I got from the website and he also charged a kid for adult pricing. Not to mention he was rude and so were some of the employees. Go figure. Plus don’t you think the workers should wear hair nets? The brownies were a lot rock hard and not worth the 25 mins wait. Completely unprofessional staff, you are probably better off going to another location.

This is the armpit of all CICI’s. Got there at 11:45, everything on the buffet had been there since open, I am sure of it. Left at 12:15, same pizza’s still sitting. The marinara and alfredo sauce were cross labeled, so I got the wrong one. Did not matter, the pasta was stone cold so I ate none of it. You have to get your own napkins, red pepper, and parm, none is on the table. I gave up on the buffet and ordered my own. I have been here about 6 times, same story every time.

I’ve been coming to the Hebron/Old Denton Cici’s location since I was in high school(let’s just say it’s been a while). The pizza is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is extremely friendly! I love that they have so many desserts to choose from. My favorite are the cinnamon rolls, always so tasty! If you live in Carrollton, you should come check it out!

Previous rating was a lot higher. The only good thing about this visit was the pizzas were hot. That’s it. What I DIDNOT like: 1. That I ordered ahead of time only to find at pickup they were«out of» the pizza I ordered. 2. That the garlic bread had no taste. Just bread and cheese. Not even baked properly. Salt? Garlic seasoning? Anything? 3. That a medium pizza size has significantly gotten smaller. Cut into even smaller slices. 1 slice was about 2 bites. 4. The garlic bread was cut into bite size pieces. Why? 5. Everything seemed tasteless. It’s been a month or two since I visited this place. Not happy about the changes and the quality.

I randomly decided to visit this CiCi’s feeling nostalgic for the last time I ate there, which was several years ago. It ended up being one of those situations where you think something sounds good, but it has been so long since you’ve had it that you forgot it’s really not that great. I LOVE any pizza, so I figured I’d be fine giving it another shot. After my visit, I was reminded why its been years since I last ate there. I think it’s good for what it is — a cheap buffet. However, it’s really only«cheap» if you plan to eat a large enough quantity to justify the cost. I also think it’s a good place to take kids. Kids aren’t picky, and they like all of the pizza options and the pizza desserts. They also have arcade games or areas for the kids, etc. As far as the pizza itself, I’d say it’s average to below average. I think the best option is «requesting» a pizza, where they’ll actually bring you a whole pizza of your choosing fresh out of the oven, or if you don’t want a whole, however many slices you ask them for. This is the best chance of getting the freshest tasting, hot pizza. The regular buffet items are just meh. I think some are better than others, but that could be personal preference. I tend to like their deep dish options fine, as well as their alfredo. I’d say if you fall into one of the 2 groups below: 1) kids 2) big eaters who love buffets You’ll like CiCi’s. Otherwise, just skip it and get a carry out pizza from Papa Johns or spend a little more & get something high quality.

It’s not gourmet food but it’s good cheap food. The whole point of buffets for me is the freedom to choose what I want and how much of it I’d like. Cicis lets you order special pizzas if they’re not on the serving stations, and has two aisles full of decent tasting pizza slices. The special for the last half year I’ve taken advantage of allowed me to fill up with pizza for less than five dollars. Honestly the quantity of pizza is a quality in itself, and with the buffet option, you have the choice and freedom to eat what you want, which means a lot to me when I’m eating.
