Well besides all the negative reviews I have seen for this place. i recently moved in a month ago and i love the place. The office staff is extremely nice and worked very hard for me to move in a weeks time. Kitty was amazing at making sure i was taken care of. The pool is not so big but there are rarely ever any kids there and if there are they are very nice kids not running around causing a ruckus. My apartment is amazing. New carpet or not it was extremely clean when i moved in. Yes, parking is a little tight, so get home early. I haven’t had any issues yet but the building and i think when i first moved in i needed the carpets cleaned and it was done the next day. its a small community and all the and my neighbors seem to be pretty nice. I definitely recommend moving here. Again its quiet, secluded and the office staff is amazing.

This place started out good when we first moved in but then quickly went down hill. First off, what set me off is I was having family down from Hawaii so I put in a work order to fix a drawer that had fallen out of the vanity. Let’s just say that work order has been in for 2 months and still hasn’t got fixed. While my family was visiting there was a leak in a pipe and my fridge broke all in the same week. Maintenance cut a huge hole in my wall which smelled horrible 2 weeks later they just patched it up. They didn’t replace the stinky dry wall. Now the fridge, it took them 5 days to replace my fridge I lost 200 bucks worth of food that I had bought to eat with my family. A few days later when I was in the office complaining about the hole in my wall stinking the office lady julianna told me I should be grateful that I got a new fridge because it wasn’t an urgent matter. Wtf!!! All the maintenance man did when he brought out new fridge was yell at my husband and me about how he doesn’t have time with his family and how he is over worked. This is not how I want to be treated. Now, the«new» fridges ice maker doesn’t work. I put in a work order that doesn’t get complete until I put our notice in to vacate. Well, a few days later the maintenance man comes and says I will come back tomorrow between 9 and 10 get everytj I no out of the freezer. At 12 noon he still hadn’t come. I called the office and they said they would send him right over. 45 minutes later no maintenance man. Back to the leak over a month ago. When I was pack our storage unit I noticed everything was soaking wet in there and there is mold growing all over the dry wall. Aparently there maintenance men are sub part they didn’t even check the storage closet that where the leak happened. Do not even consider this place I had heard worse stories than mine by my neighbors. Like some of the other reviews run run run!!! There are new apartments going up across 121. And if you don’t listen to our advice and still move you will be soooo sorry. This place is falling apart!!! The nails in the dry wall are coming out, the dry wall is cracking, mold grows in the bathroom window seals and in the window in the bedrooms. This place is a health hazard! It’s crazy that when we moved in here my daughter’s asthma got worse, now that will tell you something there. When we complained about the mild that crazy lady in the office said it wasn’t mold and the maintenance crew came and painted over the mold. A day later it was back!!!

WORSTCOMPLEXEVER — DONOTMOVEHERE! We had ants on the first day we moved in. Broken appliances and no upgrades as we had been promised. We recently have had an issue with a leak from the washer we rent from them that has since created BLACKMOLD in our closet and probably under the carpet. The whole apartment is falling apart and the apartment staff is completely unhelpful. They only make excuses for why maintenance repairs take over a week to complete. And do NOT return calls. The units are poorly prepared before move in and therefore maintenance is over worked fixing issues all over the property. DONOTMOVEHERE… You will be as sorry as we were to be trapped in this dump.

Worst experience ever. I moved in at the beginning of October, and it has been nothing but problems since. On our move-in date, the office couldn’t locate the keys to our apartment. When they finally did, it was discovered that the apartment was never cleaned! They called in carpet cleaners and the carpet was cleaned that day. However, the body hairs covering our bathroom floor were not cleaned until Friday. We moved in on a Monday. Also, we didn’t receive keys to our mail-box until three weeks after we moved in. Apparently, you have to remind the employees to give you those, because being able to receive your mail isn’t important at all. While signing our lease, we were promised two gate openers. On our move in day, we were told we only got one, even though there were two people on the lease. The apartment staff told us they never said we would get two openers, because no one ever gets two openers. We were told it would be $ 50 for a second opener. We agreed to pay it. However, the complex had no additional openers at that time. A few weeks later we were told it would be $ 75 for an opener. Still no opener. Eventually, the apartment complex admitted it was their error for telling us we would get two openers. They promised a second opener for free. We have still yet to receive the opener. A few days after we moved in, my boyfriend went to purchase a covered parking spot. The office took his payment, went and stickered the car that was illegally parking in the spot, and told him the spot was is. In our next month’s rent, the monthly payment was not included in our total rent. I went to the office to ask why our rent was so low. I did not want to underpay on our rent. I was told we had not purchased a covered parking spot. The assistant manager straight up asked me, «Did you just start parking in a spot and not pay for it?» She continued to accuse me to lying and being misinformed for thirty minutes. I was treated terribly, because I wanted to pay MORE on my rent. I don’t understand how a staff of half-competent people could(1) misplace a payment for a parking space,(2) forget they stickered a car, or(3) sell someone a parking space and not make a mark in our physical file or on our electronic file. Just goes to show how intelligent the staff is. A few weeks later, the staff sold our parking spot to another resident. Apparently, they still hadn’t officially sold us the spot. Today we received a late notice for $ 21 dollars of our rent. I paid the full amount of the rent that displayed on my online statement on November, 30th around 11 pm. Apparently, after your statement is made available, the payment can be increased. I have not been able to touch base with the staff regarding this ridiculous matter yet, but I am sure I will not have nice things to say. I have only been living here since October, and I am already dreading the rest of our lease time. I cannot believe that people are allowed to treat residents like this. Their poor organization, lack of communication between employees, and overall bad attitude is detestable.
