A honest mechanic with a heart of gold.
I usually don’t trust anyone under the hood of my truck except myself. But when my transmission went out, I needed some expert help. The owner, Rodger, worked long hours to get it fixed as quickly as possible. When there was a delay acquiring the needed parts, Rodger offered to let me use his personal vehicle. I was in no hurry, but the gesture was welcomed all the same.
The rebuilt transmission even came with a written warranty. I have to say I have never seen such a blend of dedication, integrity, and value.

I arrived with a vehicle needing extreme repair at 5:55 pm on a Friday and Roger took a look and had me an estimate the next day. His work was thorough and addressed everything so I could get back in the road.

I used to be a regular customer, but I can’t in good conscience continue using All-pro. I’ve literally had different diagnostics from both their lead mechanics. While their prices are reasonable it’s their customer service that is lacking. I could describe all the little things, but really its an impression of over four years of service. A car they diagnosed that ended up with totally different problems. A dismayed customer who couldn’t understand how a malfunctioning turn signal suddenly morphed into «yes, we replaced the bulb, but all your wiring is bad and needs to be replaced.» Being told my vehicle would be repaired in two days, which became five. And other issues. Individually, none of these things are indicative of a problem, but taken all together I’ve lost confidence in All-pro and will not bring my vehicles back there.
