Has gone way downhill recently. Been sitting here for 30 minutes. Still no tacos. All in all, it took 34 minutes and they forgot the guacamole and sour cream. Several other customers had to wait for more than 20 minutes AND had mistakes in their orders.

I like this place! I have never had a problem or issue with this location. Service is good! Management is good! Food is good! Love the«Taco Tuesdays.» Like the management staff! Clean store!

I have been going to this Bueno since it opened and the total lack of cleanliness has made this place less then enjoyable to eat inside. Every table has food and drink stains and the condiment area had flies all over. I would not recommend this place until they train their staff how to clean properly.

This place use to be good but recently it has been a huge miss. Waiting in the Drive Thru can take a long time, even when I’m the only one in the drive thru. Also They have been consistently messing up my orders. They gave me an entire order wrong recently. Also they keep forgetting my chip on platters… which is a bummer because what the hell are you suppose to eat your beans, rice and guac with ???

OMG! My bean burrito is so dry I had to put 2 things of sauce on it. The tortilla was hard and looked like it was put on the grill. Cheese quesadilla was burnt and dry. i had to give my order 3 tines to the lady taking my order because she couldn’t understand english. Also my super tostada tastes horrible. I think the beans are bad. This has to be the worse taco bueno In town. I have been at Taco Bueno for at least 20 years and this is by far the worse I’ve ever had.

Slowest service of any Taco Bueno ever. Salsa bar had no cilantro or pico de gallo. 4 employees working and could not get any food out. Only 6 people in restaurant and still over 25 minutes to get 3 tacos. Carbonator does not work on drink machine. Working on it as I type. You are forewarned. This place needs a corporate makeover or pull the franchise.

I think the whole crew is high on something bad, in here, no one wants to help all standing back chatting our cashier was obviously high on weed, with his arm wrapped around the POS I had to repeat and repeat what I wanted and at one point I said I wanted a side of Beans, his answer was: WHATHAPPENED? And he still got it wrong. right before I asked for our drinks he coughed in his hand and then attempted to use it to hand me the cups, with that hand inside of one of them, the girl I asked for a side of lemons I also had to repeat my request to, then returned and told me they were out. Love Bueno but this location will never see me again

This place is horrible. Just walked in, and stood at the counter for over 10 min. The people working there were too busy chatting with one another to even bother to address us. Not a one moment please or a I’ll be right with you, not a screw you or nothing. And when someone did come out from the back she walked right past us and was talking to another customer in the dining room, and still could not acknowledge is. Then she watched us walk out without. Word. This place is trash.

Well it seems that my previous review needs to be updated. As usual we came for Taco Thursday. Ordered at 6:30, it is 6:57 we are still waiting. The cashier told us 10 minutes ago it was almost ready. I just called the store was told it is coming out. No ETA. 7:01 order given to us. No apology for the wait and we saw 6 cars and 7 in restaurant orders placed after ours pay and leave. 31 minutes for 20 Party Tacos, a Burrito and Fajitas. Never again.

Food is okay… meat has no flavor. Party tacos on Thursday are acceptable if they get the order right. I have had many orders wrong in the drive thru. go inside and they tend to do it right then. Without coupons or discounts I would not recommend.

Food OK, sort of salty, but too cold in the dining room. Emails to corporate go ignored.

I love this place. Excellent food for a good price however, the employees are not great. Unless I order party burritos or taco burgers, they ALWAYS get my order wrong. It’s not a hard job. I say what I want, you repeat it back to me and then you make it. This concept seems to go over their heads. Perhaps you should hire people with a higher level education than a GED. I will just have to go to a different location because the Frankford one is a failure.

I can’t believe it took me so long to finally visit a Taco Bueno(I’ve lived in TX almost a year). I got the Wholotta platter, and boy was it! Everything on it was fresh and very good, the service was fast and the employees were friendly. Overall a great experience, and I plan on visiting again soon and trying some of the other items on the menu.

I love that I can get fresh made sides and fire grilled meats on the go. Way better than anything I’ve ever had at Bell.

Worst taco experience if my life. The meat had no flavor if you don’t count all the salt its been loaded up with. My husband had a burrito but it had no beans. It was just a taco folded like a burrito. No amount of their crap«hot» sauce could make my meal more appetizing. Its beyond me how these places have any business at all. I went in because I was curious but never again.

This is one of the few places open early enough(6:00AM) for me to grab breakfast on the way to work. The service at this location has always been friendly. There’s a reasonably short wait while my favorite bacon Breakfast Quesadilla is prepared and then I’m on my way. I really enjoy the crispness of the grilled flour tortilla and the generous bits of crunchy bacon with eggs and melty cheese. The breakfast tacos may be OK for others, but I don’t like the gummy texture of the steamed flour tortillas. I’ve also learned to avoid the potato hash brown sticks as they are usually over-seasoned and soaking in fryer oil. As far as lunch or dinner goes, you shouldn’t expect much. My recent experience with a combination fajita plate(and I didn’t expect much since there’s no hot cast iron involved) was disappointing. The beef had a spongy texture and chemical taste to it and the chicken had very little seasoning to add to its bland steamed texture. And again, the gummy steamed flour tortillas sealed my dinner selection’s fate as a failure. Overall, Taco Bueno is what it is, and if you can deal with that it’s not so bad.

This is my neighborhood Bueno and has always done a good job. The drive-thru is usually quite fast and they have not ever messed up one of my orders. The food is well, Taco Bueno!
