I ordered a Big Mac Meal with a Dr Pepper and a double cheeseburger with a Fish Filet Meal no cheese and a Diet. I received a Big Mac with a stale bun a Coke and no cheeseburger and a Fish Filet with cheese. Horrible! I get back to the office to make a call to tell them what I received and the phone number on the receipt 630−221−0536 was a fast busy for an hour and I gave up. I googled this location and got a phone number of 630−668−5282 and no one ever answered. w t f

They seem to have issues getting orders correct. I ordered a egg white breakfast at the drive thru… 2 miles layer I open bag and it’s a sausage cheese mcmuffin. Wtf? Seriously? I dont eat red meat… im never going back to that location.. I also had a friend go to same location and was charged More for her food because they changed prices on computer but not on menu board… geeesh. Honor the posted price PLEASE ! Order at your own risk.

This McDonald’s location is terrible. There is always a line because of their extremely slow service and they are always making people move up to a different area(Spot 1, Spot 2, Pick up Window 2). My husband and I went to order a large fry and we had to wait. What kind of fast food place, makes you wait for fries when there are so many people waiting to be served? They have messed up our order many times and they never give you ketchup. You have to pull teeth to get ketchup packets!

Used to frequent this place a ton as a child. Chicken Nuggets, Double Cheeseburgers, Milkshakes, McFlurries, and even when i was trying to be healthy: The Ranch BLT! I don’t eat too much McDonalds anymore, except for an occassional dessert. I will say that the drive thru at this location is lightening fast!

You would think all McDonald’s would be the sme but they are not. This one has always messed up our orders, four kids ordering chicken nuggets, and always had us wait in spot 2. I have never had a problem at any other McDonalds but this one is constant, plus when you walk in to tell them, they laugh and tell eachother, Told Ya He Missed This One. Seriously bad service and bad food!

You might be asking yourself, «Why is he reviewing a McDonalds»? Well, here’s the main reason. This particular McDonalds had a big sign up for a Steak and Egg burrito, so I decided to stop by and try it. On Friday they told me «sorry, we don’t have it today» I found that kind of strange. Especially being breakfast time. But a few days later on Tuesday I tried to order the item on the sign once again, and a second time I was told they didn’t have them. Why not just take the sign down then? This type of situation I’d expect from a smaller chain or mom and pop place. But McDonalds is a large multinational corporation. This one has been out of the materials for burritos for half of a week. I’m unimpressed, especially with the big sign being up at the drive-thru and constant radio advertisements for it.

Ahhhh! This place contributed to my childhood obesity through the vices of chicken nuggets as an elementary school kid, double cheeseburgers as a middle schooler, and milkshakes as a high schoolers. Now I get coffee and Egg McMuffins from here! Very nice after remodeling!

The retro décor reminds me of the Yorktown location with the retro exterior, the latter replete with golden arches. This remodeled CS location seems small inside, and looks great from the outside. At least the dining room is open 24 hours, thus competing with the Denny’s next door. Counter service is horrible, however. I cannot get through one visit where the order taker and/or food runner get the order completely right. Also, the floor is often slippery.

This location is nice now that they tore the place down and rebuilt it completely within about four months(between July and November 2011). It has a dual drive-thru which I haven’t seen in the area. My only complaint is the amount and layout of the indoor seating — there’s not much and there aren’t any booths so it’s like you’re dining with strangers. I’m more inclined to go to another location if I plan to dine inside, but this place would be fine for drive-thru.
