I wanted to rate this higher but so far haven’t been overly impressed with the drinks. Service is wonderful though – very friendly and they gave me a flyer with the menu of drinks and snacks along with a coupon for a future visit. There is chocolate fondue on the menu and Bing Soo – maybe worth a try when I’m in the area. But as for the coffee and bubble drinks, I think I’ll stick to my local favorites. I stopped in for coffee one morning and tried their signature Chocoberry – Iced. OK flavor, but just too weak. I was truly disappointed with their Bubble smoothies. I recently tried their mango and unfortunately they don’t use fresh fruit. They use the powdered stuff. I still gave it a go anyway but at first sip, it tasted like the liquid amoxicillin I was given as a child – you know what I’m talking about, the pink, chalky stuff. And even though the tapioca bubbles were well made – nice chew factor – they were salty. The shop is very cute. Shabby chic, comfy chairs. They offer free Wifi too.

I’m not a fan of this place but that’s probably because I went in there to get bubble tea. It doesn’t taste like bubble tea and if you were craving bubble tea it’s worth waiting until you go to chicago for Joy Yee’s or you can go to Joy Yee’s in naperville, or Phở Ha in glendale heights. The taste was off nothing i was expecting it to taste like. But other than that I’m going to give this place another try because I have yet to fully experience it. Always have to try a place 2x before you say you don’t like it

I was a fan of the old establishment and excited that they reopened. Yes, the décor, atmosphere, and ambiance are all excellent and the staff super-friendly. They have a decent selection of goods, however, I concur with Nicole on the not-so-competitive pricing. My main disappointment was that the barristas do not know how to make a proper Latte. At first, I attributed how poorly it was made to «a bad day @the office.» Willing to give the place another shot, I went back and was served an Americano. Sorry Choco, but there needs to be schooling on how to prepare & distinguish, the different café drinks. A Latte and/or Americano from Starbucks or Caribou, would be a good way to learn. Everything in my previous review still applies, but recently I had a chance to enjoy a Bingsoo at the café. Bingsoo is sort of like halo halo in the Philippines; it’s a shaved ice dessert with multiple toppings. I have no idea what’s traditional for bingsoo, but my High Five came with fresh strawberries, kiwi and grapes, frosted flakes(really!), chocolate syrup, mochi cubes, ice cream and sweet red beans. Oh, and it was all sorts of awesome. The bubble tea was everything I could have hoped for in bubble tea; made fresh and on the spot, with the right amount of soft tapioca. Although their juices come from boxes, they’re still high quality – enough that I, at times, mistook it for a fresh fruit bubble tea. Strawberry + coconut seems to be a magical combination, but they’re consistently inventing new flavor mixes of bubble tea. Try an apple caramel orchard(green apple + caramel) or the particularly crazy-but-good coconut/coffee/tapioca mix. Yes, the wifi works as advertised. Remember to enable pop-ups on your mobile device to make it work.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s very cute and the staff is so nice, not to mention the fact that I’d prefer to support a local family-owned business, but the bottom line is that for less than what I paid here I can get a frappuchino and vanilla latte of the same size from Starbucks that tastes better. Sorry Chocoberry!

Newly Opened. Totally worth checking out. I am definitely a fan already. Cant give it 5 stars yet since I’ve only been there once, but we shall wait and see. :D Here’s what I love: Décor. LOVE the décor. The interior is SO cute and awesome for this area. It’s really hard to find a café that is this well done on the inside. VERY Cute. Great ambiance. They did a really nice job. Service: SUPER friendly. They are probably the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in a café like this. Selection: Their selection is vast and varied, from food to drinks to dessert. I have to come back and try this again for sure. I tried their signature drinks, which was the chocoberry, which was pretty good(did not get whip cream on top). I’d love to come back and try some of their other drinks too, since there are so many options. Definitely a great place to check out and chill. Plus they offer shaved ice desserts. Gotta try that the next time I go back. Wished I lived closer.

Misty S. raved so much about this place I just had to check it out. Man was I glad I did! First and foremost — LOVE the name of this place.(How can you not?) However, a great name can only get you so far. The selections of drinks and treats were vast and it was difficult to decide what I wanted. Since it was my first time at Chocoberry, I chose to try Bubble Tea for the first time. I also got fondue as well. Both were yummy and made for a wonderful afternoon treat. I like the atmosphere of this shop and the service was good. I was also informed they have wifi — this is a huge plus in my book. All in all, Chocoberry has now been added to my list of «must go» coffee shops and I will definitely be back again and again!

It’s alive! *lightning flash* Previously known as the Brew House Café, this coffee/drink shop has resurrected after over a year of being closed as Chocoberry Café. Most of the same furniture is in tact and the place is as cute as ever. The baristas were eager to serve me a variety of drinks they offer as soon as I walked in. The iced coffee was good, served black. I added my own sugar and cream. The PureVia sugar dissolved nicely in the cold drink and didn’t sink down to the bottom causing the last sip to be an atomic unleash of sugar rush. Other menu offerings: Coffee, Smoothies, Bubble Tea, Waffles, and Fondue. I hope that’s enough to keep this place open for a while. Their website doesn’t look like it’s up and running yet. I guess I’ll give them some slack since they have only been opened for 3 days. Don’t forget to pick up a punch card! Your 10th drink is free. Hours: Mon — Fri: 730a — 9p Sat: 9a — 10p Sun: Closed
