While Soma has a variety of bra sizes and things to buy, I have to say that their sales associates need to learn more about how to fit bras, yikes! I went in to get myself fitted because I was definitely out growing the old bras I had, and I needed to know my new size. Needless to say, I left empty handed because in the end it appeared the sales associate was more interested in getting a sale than getting me the correct bra.
First, the sales associate was awkward about fitting me and kept saying, «I’m not trying to be creepy» when putting the measuring tape around my chest. I felt that was strange since this IS her job as an associate at a BRA store.
After that failure, she decided that I needed to try a sister size up (34C) even though I told her it was way too big on me. I even tried it on for her and she said, «Oh, it looks fine to me.» even though the band was clearly riding up and straps were falling down. I persuaded her once more to measure me again and she said, «Okay, I’ll get a smaller size.»
She brought back some crazy bra size that I knew wouldn’t work because it was like a small band B, and I humored her, trying it on. It was worse than a corset! It pushed all my flub out and my boobs look tiny. She then said, «Yeah, I think the 34C is the best bet for you.»
«It doesn’t fit.» I replied.
«Oh, well, I just don’t know.»
TLDR; While Soma may be a great place to get bras, it’s not a place you wanna get fitted!

Stopped in while window shopping. Beautiful items in the window and sale sign drew me in. Sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable of the product, and able to listen to what I needed and make recommendations. I decided on the fitting and we discussed my needs and found several styles, and colors to try. Which was extremely helpful as my usual stand by would have made me miss the new styles I never considered in the past. Ended up with a few new sets and some free items bc of the sale. Overall, extremely happy with quality, price, and associate’s service.

Hey hot mamas… do you have hips and thighs and rounder body parts than the stick figures you see in Victoria’s Secrets? Well, I can tell you that skip right on by VS and head to Soma Intimates. Since having kiddos, this is my go-​to place for all things under the clothes and even for a few fun dress up wardrobe pieces from dresses to jackets! I love the quality of fabrics, the no slip undies, the perfect fit (no back fat) bras, the super soft comfort of the PJs, the fun slippers, amazing robes… awwwweeee sigh.
I am not a shopper so to get me out of my house and off the internet is something of a miracle. I love the ladies who work in this store. They are always very nice, accommodating and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this store where you should find some kind of underwear comfort and who the hell doesn’t need that!!!
