Atmosphere is a three star and pizza is a four. I typically go to the 86th and a Ditch location for lunch with coworkers(the slice, salad and soda for $ 7.50ish is a great deal) and have always loved the featured slices I get. My co-worker told me that if I ever went for something other than the lunch special, to definitely get the Campfire(smoked sausage, Gorgonzola, onion marmalade and Rosemary). When I went to this location with family the other night, I did. The server said it was the most-ordered pizza, and it was FABULOUS! The prices are fair and they have a decent beer selection. Other pizza places in the area have a better ambiance, but the pies are definitely worth getting carry out.

I have gone a few times and the food is pretty good. The salads, pastas, and pizzas are better than most places. The only thing I disliked was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The restaurant hasn’t upgraded their tables, and the floor isn’t the cleanest. The staff is welcoming and nice and I had no problems with the service. I personally request a cleaner and more unique restaurant like the new Coalition Pizza that opened up around a year ago. Overall the food is above average but not excellent…

Wow, right when I walked in I knew it was gonna be great. From the attractive staff to the well kept carpet, great experience. Spencer waited on us, wonderful man. One of the best servers I have truly ever had. Once in a life time experience I will never forget. And don’t get me started about the food! Oh, shiver me timbers! The twice baked pizzas had we shaking out tears of joy. Would recommend ten times out of ten. Definitely going back and requesting my favorite server, Spencer!

Best Gluten Free Pizza and menu around. Pizza flavor is outstanding. Wait staff very nice and accommodating. Kids meals are reasonable and yummy.

My allegiance to my tried-and-true order of the Ultimate Warrior(sausage, pepperoni, olives, onions, mushrooms and green peppers) is wavering. That’s because I tried the King of Hearts on my last visit. Needless to say, it’s won a place in my heart. Topped with slices of delicious artichoke hearts, this pizza pie is a winner. The mushrooms and olives(two of my favorite toppings) add to the party. But the real winners? 1) The bacon. I’m not a bacon lover, but it adds just enough crunch and meatiness that I’m sold. 2) What are those little nuggets of salty flavor? Ahh, CAPERS! Great addition — get a bite of some artichoke heart, a little caper, and some bacon — party in your mouth.

Meh. The pizza we ordered(a large pepperoni) was fine, but nothing special. Pick-up service was super fast, and the kids behind the counter were friendly, though. I think it’s just not my cup of tea(or slice of pizza, if you will. [Will you?]) Also, I’m not a big fan of pizza joints that slice their pizzas into squares. Every slice needs an outer crust, is my belief, and the middle slices ain’t got none. Also also, I’m not a big fan of the name. I don’t want to think about someone’s teeth while I’m eating, nor does a restaurant with the word«teeth» in the name make me feel hungry. In fact, the name makes me think of the dentist, which makes me less hungry.

I am a huge fan! Puccini’s never disappoints. From the quick and friendly service, to the completely delicious and consistent Italian food, this place is a staple for north-side diners. Hubby and I find ourselves craving their dinner salad with the dijon vinaigrette and the Venezia Chicken. My new favorite is the spicy, smoky Shrimp Santa Cruz. If you haven’t visited recently, what are you waiting for?

Great pizza! I had the«SWEETLIL’ RAZORBACK» at lunch with co-workers, and it was fantastic. This place has kind of a divey feel to it, which is ok. I think most of the regulars are coming here for the food quality, which is why I’ll be back. Service was a little slow that day, but I’m not complaining. It was worth the wait.

Awesome pizza! In fact the best so far in Indiana. Interesting toppings like chorizo and feta. Local brews and quick service. More divey than uppity. A little hard to find for non locals, but worth it! Will be back for sure!

I don’t waste my pizza calories. I want to get the most bang for my calorie«buck.» So if a pizza joint’s claim to fame is how cheap their pizza is or how fast it is I am totally not interested. And I just don’t get the«go to a pizza place and buy a raw pizza, take it home, preheat your oven, bake it, open the oven ten times to check on it» deal either. If I wanted to bake a pizza I would do it from scratch. And my «take and bake» pizzas seem to go from raw in the middle to burned edges in a heartbeat anyway. So that brings me to Puccini’s. The pizzas here are excellent with quality ingredients and interesting combinations. I appreciate that Puccini’s offers several vegetarian pizza creations including my favorites: Humble Pie, Zorba the Pizza, Veg Head and Paparazzi. If you prefer to build your own pizza there are OVER60 ingredients to choose from! Seriously, I counted. And this includes ingredients you won’t find at other pizza places. Clams? Smoked Gouda? Chilis? Capocollo?(What is capocollo? I don’t know but I have never seen it on a $ 5 pizza) The appetizers are equally amazing. Munch on some garlic bread or sample the Scamorza while you discuss which pizza you will be ordering. Enjoy a side salad while you are awaiting your pizza. I recommend the buttermilk herb dressing but all are delicious. Puccini’s offers a lunch special, a different meat pizza as well as a veggie pizza choice every day. A great value that includes a salad and drink. They also have pasta, chicken and sandwiches, but who cares? I never get past the pizza(just kidding, I am sure they are excellent like everything else I have tried) One day I will try everything on the menu.

Once we discovered this restaurant, we’ve never been back to Papa John’s or any of those low-qualiry places. Here thew is any kind of pizza you could want, I like the Lean Machine because I watch my calories very closely and though that pizza has 1⁄3 the calories of a normal pizza it’s still excellent. It is also no trouble here to have the pizza made gluten free. The appetizers we got, garlic bread and a salad, we’re very good too, the only qualm I had was there being a bit too much dressing on the salad, other than that it was perfect.

Love their pizza!!! We usually get the campfire or ultimate warrior, but I’ve never had anything that I don’t like there.

Average, average, average. Service is good and friendly by the young team. The house salad is a nice change to most house salads as it clearly has veggies added in the kitchen. Ranch dressing is good. Ok onto the pizza. Crust is flavorless, each time we go the top of crust is not cooked, pizza sauce is v sweet, almost exactly like ragu out of the bottle. Toppings are nothing special. And therein lies the problem, pizza is just no better than an oven pizza, save yourself the $ and buy an oven pizza.

I just had the worst encounter ever with this place. I order 2 salads. They tell me 15 minutes. I get there and the salads are not ready. The manager tells me that they had a lot of calls at once. NOTMYPROBLEM!!! They make them, I get home and whatever chicken they used for the BBQ chicken salad was awful. No BBQ and it left a wax feeling inside your mouth. I have had many of these before and this one had a problem. I took it back and asked the manager to taste the chicken because it is not right. Of course he is vegan and wont taste it. I told them it was cold and no BBQ on it. He stated they are always cold. He wasnt getting my point that the chicken seemed to be not cooked and no BBQ. Also there was a mouthy young blonde girl who was just rude as hell. Back to Some Guys for me!

I work in the same strip mall, so this is THE place for me to grab some food on my break. The people know my name and what my favorites are. I call ahead and order, then sit down at a table. Great pizza, amazing salads, simple and soft breadsticks, and the best cheese sauce around.

oh Puccini’s… how I love you! This location was the home to many a family dinner back in high school. Now that I live in Chicago, we dream of Puccini’s(I know, weird, we have plenty of pizza up here, but nothing like Puccini’s) and stop in when we are in the area. The lunch special of pizza slide and house salad with buttermilk herb dressing is amazing. Especially on Friday’s when its Humble Pie. YUM. Be sure to save your extra dressing to dip your crust! One piece of negativity… the place looks EXACTLY the same as it did in the late 90’s. While I like this for nostalgic purposes, it’s time for a little sprucing up folks!

The only decent antipasto I’ve found on the north side. Service can be slow even when not busy at lunch time. Revisit, got a server named Emily I believe. Excellent service. She should be managing and/or training the staff.

Have been coming to this place for years, but it’s been awhile. Showed up with a party of 12 and I will say their dining room is not really made for parties that large. They were very helpful and got us seated in about 10 minutes. We all had a great time; some pizza lovers and some pasta lovers, but everyone loves their dinner salad(hold the black olives please).

I don’t get to Puccini’s very often, but when I do I always enjoy it. I’ve never had an actual pizza there. I typically get a calzone with spinach and mushrooms. The portions are a good size, and very tasty. This time my friend had the shrimp diablo pasta and I tasted a bite. He ordered it mild, but I could tell that if it had been spicy I would have loved it. We also got the pepperoni bread, which was good, but not really anything special. They also have a nice craft beer selection on tap. The décor is fun. Both of the locations I’ve been to have the same basic design. Our waiter on this visit was really great. He recommended a different type of beer for me from what I was going to order, and brought me samples of both. I liked his suggestion a lot better than my own. They offer a substantial selection of vegetarian and gluten free options, too.
