Pizza Hut

Pizza was overpriced, tasted like overcooked cardboard and arrived cold. Won’t order from this location ever again. $ 37 would have purchased some delicious pizza from Bazzbeaux instead. When I called to question the total amount the cashier was apologetic and admitted she doesn’t eat Pizza Hut herself because they don’t even give any discounts to employees.

This had to be one of the best Pizza Huts I have ever visited. The restaurant was clean, employees were working, and they were friendly. I called in a pick up order for a large stuffed crust pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms, with a side order of breadsticks. When I initially ordered the pizza, the woman taking my order was very nice; however at the end of my order, the phone hung up and I did not get my total. I was totally in shock because there was no goodbye, no total, and no approximate time when it would be done. So I called back to let her know that she forgot to do those things. She apologized, and said that she said it and I just didn’t hear her. First of all, I think I would hear my total and what time I need to leave to go pick up my order, and secondly, I would confirm that my order was correct once we ended the order. But I was ok about the situation since she apologized and I was hungry and not willing to cook.
Once I got to the restaurant, the pizza was ready, it was about twenty minutes. The woman came to the counter and greeted me, that was very good. She gave me my order and I asked for some extra sauce and she gave that to me, and I was happy. She was very friendly and I have to reiterate the cleanliness of the restaurant. This particular Pizza Hut is one where patrons cannot eat-​in, but either do pick-​up or delivery.
When I got the pizza home it was in my opinion made very well. There was ample amounts of sausage and mushrooms on it. The cheese was still hot enough on the pizza and in the crust. The breadsticks were also very good and hot. I would have to say my dinner was very good. I had no complaints about my food. When I am in the mood for Pizza Hut again, I will definitely visit this location again.

Maybe try carry-​out? I’ve only ordered from this pizza hut a few times and I’m always very disappointed. Don’t bother with delivery. I live a mile and a half from the store and the pizza has never arrived sooner than 30 minutes later than the quoted delivery time. The food is always slightly above room temperature at best when delivered. Never very warm, never hot. Every 4 months or so I forget how bad they are at delivering pizza and try again only to be reminded. Luckily my husband hates pizza hut so I don’t waste money and get disappointed very often.

Worst pizza ever!!! It didn’t even taste like pizza… Awful!

We actually used to like the pizza coming from this place. Which was great since we live right across the street. But lately??? A few weeks ago, we picked up a pie and it was so awful, my rarely complaining wife called them to, well, complain. The pizza was really awful. It tasted bad and smelled bad! So they offered us a free one the next time we ordered. So tonight, we took them up on it. We won’t go back. The vegetables were actually wrinkled. The mushrooms smelled odd. The taste was not good. We ordered a medium pie. We each ate 1and a half pieces and threw the rest in the garbage disposal. The pizza was worse than the unfriendliness of the dude who checked us out.
Never again.

One of the biggest reasons that we order from Pizza Hut is because they are so close to our home. Due to the distance from our house, we tend to order carryout. I do recommend checking with the coupons that come into your email if you are subscribed to make sure that they are online or call in coupons. I tried to use a deal that we received in our email but the girl told me that we had to go online and do it. I wish the company changed it to allow you to call in and use the same coupons. The customer service could improve a little bit, but overall, the company does a pretty good job with their customer service and with their pizza.
