Love Tina and Jerry. It’s easy to get appointments; angry folks probably walk in on busy days (like the Friday before July 4th). Every time I’ve called ahead, even an hour or two ahead, I’ve gotten in. For my wedding, they shut down an hour early and let us come in with food and wine while myself and 6 bridesmaids got our nails done. I would send anyone here.

Nice people, and even after waiting 10 minutes after my set appointment time I left happy. Unfortunately the gel manicure I received on Wednesday was chipping on every finger by Sunday. Not what I’m looking for when I plan on a gel mani every two weeks.

Service was quick and friendly but I’m not totally in love with my gel mani or pedi. My polish stops a little too short of my cuticles and after four days is already chipping very slightly on a couple of nails. My pedi was just ok. A little more attention could have been paid to my cuticles (but I guess that’s a little embarrassing on my part because it had been a couple of months since I had a pedi and I need a little more than just routine maintenance!) I’d probably go back in a pinch but I’m still on the hunt for «my go to» nail place.

Called on my way there to make sure they had time for a pedicure, and they said they did. Got there and was seated right away. Service took about 45 minutes which is perfect because I was on my lunch break. Great price, excellent service, clean facility. I’ll be back… actually tomorrow, for my manicure!

RUDE! The staff was rude, the other customers rude, I couldn’t believe it. They DON’T take walk-​ins despite it saying so right on their window. When I walked in and asked for a pedicure the guy literally said «Uh, we busy. Come back later.» Seriously?! I told them it shouldn’t say walk-​ins on their window then since they clearly don’t do that but they were rude about that too, and so were their frigid b*tch customers. I went to Carmel Nails, where they actually DO take walk-​ins!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Door clearly says walk-​ins welcome, and yet they looked at me like I was crazy when I walked in for a mani/​pedi. When the guy said no I thought he was joking, but he was being serious and just played with the nail polish bottles in front of him to avoid eye contact. I understand being busy from working in retail many years, but at least have the decency to act apologetic about not being able to offer the service you are marketing.

Tina & Jerry were both so friendly and accomodating. I stopped in for a gel manicure on my lunch and they fit me right in without a problem. The service was great and Jerry did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning.

I love Tina! She used to work on my nails when she was at Carmel Nails, but when she opened her own place, I quickly switched providers. Jerry is also great — the massage chairs are the best and Tina and Jerry make you feel so welcome. They remember your children’s names, often ask about something you talked about the last time, and seem genuinely concerned about their customers’ well-​being. I give Nails and Spa gift certificates for presents and I wouldn’t go anyplace else.
