This time at Carmel Nails was even better than the first which I didn’t think was possible! The best thing here is the staff members, they always know exactly what they’re doing, they never give attitude to their customers, and they make your nails look the best they’ve ever been! The salon is clean and decorated nicely inside, they use clean tools, and they have very comfy pedicure chairs.

My daughter and I went here to celebrate the end of her great school year. We were able to walk in without an appointment and both got nice manicures. The process felt a little bit impersonal and rushed, however we would both come back here again.

Stopped in around 5p on a Wednesday and was seated immediately for a pedicure. It was a typical spa-​pedicure with 3 types of exfoliant and lotion for the legs, along with hot towels. The massaging chair was quite nice as well. The salon itself is clean and stylish, with 6 pedicure chairs and 7 nail stations. Staffed well and customers consistent. Overall a great salon for a spontaneous pedi on a weekday afternoon. $ 28 for the pedi, not including tip.

I bought my wife a gift card because she loves Carmel Nails. She just received a pedicure and couldn’t be happier! She’s very ticklish on her feet and the Lady that took care of my wife put her at ease. She was very relaxed! Great people and great service! A++

I came to Carmel Nails this week to get my nails and toes taken care for a Christmas party. I had a spa manicure and pedicure package and I made an excellent choice by coming here instead of coming to the one near my work place. The place is clean and sanitized and the tools the used are sterilized. My money was well spent here. The first time these ladies started working on you, you noticed right away they are well trained and have lots of experiences. They were very nice and courteous. I never liked to be worked on by new and inexperienced technicians. I recommend this salon to you ladies out there. This is the nail salon you should come and try.

They do a good job, but do not expect to be pampered. A basic manicure and pedicure… is exactly that. The customer service is slightly lacking, but if you enjoy sitting in silence during your service then this is the place for you.

I have been going to carmel nails for the past year. i have had manis, pedis, full sets, fills and gel and never experienced poor service. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes. The décor and wall colors are very simple and relaxing shades of blues and browns. They do not bring their children to work, this is an awesome place to go for peace and quiet.
Their prices are average for services and their staff is very friendly. I would recommend this nail salon to all friends and family.

First and last time there. Grew my nails out for a month, she didn’t understand me and cut them down so low they hurt. After she found out I didn’t want gel nails she just phoned it in. I can’t wear polish for work and wasn’t going to spend the money for one weekend. I can see through my nails polish and my fingers and toes are still hurting the next day. $ 50 later and I’m really sad that I didn’t get what I wanted for the wedding I’m in.
