First of all, this place is freezing cold, have to keep my coat on all the time. The food, let me put it this way, only the plates are decent enough. Sushi should not be pretentious, it should be fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, miracle sushi got it all wrong with way too much funny ‘innovative’ sauces which over power the food. I suggest the owner invest more on the food quality instead of the presentation.

In my opinion, hands down best Japanese/sushi restaraunt in the Indy area. The menu changes somewhat often, always some new small plate to try. They have the best special roll I’ve ever eaten, the Kazan. It is so good, it’s unreal! This is not your parents Japanese restaraunt, very hip and fresh in every sense. Check it out!

We visited here for the first time last bight. We were greeted warmly and seated. The atmosphere is cheerful. You fit in fine with casual or dress attire. We saw both. Sean was our waiter. He is also the owner. He gave us several recommendations. The service was quick and presented well. We started with the oysters which were delightful and then ordered some maki rolls. We loved them. I would highly recommend Miracle!

We started with a kimchi meatball or some such that the restaurant welcomed us with. Very tasty. We ordered apps of Seasoned Edamame and Tuna Tartar with a soft boiled egg that was breaded and deep fried and broken up over it. The Edamame was fine but the tuna was really good. We then ordered some Fire Dragon Rolls, Miracle Rolls, Fried Unagi Rolls and an Apple Blossom with I think salmon.. For desert there were Pumpkin and Banana Fried Egg rolls with a Chocolate Mouse and Whipped Cream Sauce. So fresh and so good. The restaurant is beautiful inside. We ate at the sushi bar/bar bar and the waitress/bartender was very attentive and informative. The younger owner also was very friendly and his father who is the senior sushi chef was too. I’ve never had sushi that good for less than $ 60 per couple before. Definitely going back soon.

This place is under the radar and you should be going. I frequented the Fishers location for some Korean flavor and was nervous how the transition would be to Carmel. Nonetheless, I’m pleased that Miracle is an established Carmel joint. Their sushi is always well done. The service is friendly. The Rainbow roll is definitely my sushi roll go-to in the north suburbs.

Whatever Lizzy C… your review is ridiculous! Yes your food would be cold when you took it home!!! The meat is super fresh ! This place is amazing! The owner is here all the time & very helpful with any questions. We had Scallops & are the best we have ever have. They make everything from fresh ingredients & their sauces are homemade. The décor is modern & very clean. This is a great place for a date night!!!

You might almost miss this place because of their lack of signage on the street, but go inside! The sushi was good, soup was good and service was incredibly attentive. I enjoy stopping in for lunches during the work week and am always in and out with plenty of time.

Wow! Absolutely amazing fresh sushi and rolls. Nigiri super white tuna and salmon was the best I have had including restaurants in San Francisco and New York. The Miracle roll with Jalopeno had an amazing blend and balance of flavors and textures including citrus, savoury, crunch and heat. Excellent meal.

I honestly do not know how this place can not get anything less than 5 stars. I have been here 2X’s, each over a year apart(I live in AZ) and I was completely impressed with every aspect. The customer service was phenomenal — every person was above friendly and went way out of their way for us and the rolls were some of the best I have ever had, and we have amazing sushi here in Scottsdale AZ! Highly recommend this place. We did sit at the bar so that might help some too with the customer service interaction.

I eat here more than I’d like to admit. My boyfriend and I cannot get enough. Thank you for existing!

A good friend recommended Miracle Sushi to my sister and I the other night, claiming it was their favorite sushi spot in Carmel. Being longtime residents ourselves, we jumped at the opportunity to try a new place. Expectations were set high after doing extensive menu research on Unilocal and the company website. We ordered duck egg rolls, calamari, nigiri, and two maki rolls. The duck egg rolls were much smaller than pictured and had very low quality meat inside. The calamari was average, but cold when we brought it home. Sushi rolls were ok, but small. All in all, this place was very average and I probably would not return. There are many other options in the Indy area that are much better.

OMG. I this is something I didn’t think existed in Indy, but turns out it’s right down the street from me. By all means, try the bulgogi bang mi. I’m sure to expand, but boy did I like that.

Nice place! Rolls were good, but were smaller than I am used to. However, the bowl(small bowl) of miso was HUGE. I asked to make sure they had given me the right one-it was! Giant! It also had mushrooms in it, as well as a very slight wasabi taste to it. Sushi was fresh. Good experience!

From the modern décor to the«hello» tasting spoon from the kitchen when you walk in, this new addition to the Carmel foodie scene is on point. The wait staff was extremely attentive and offered amazing recommendations. The menu has already undergone two iterations to make sure it has the most unique offerings in the city. The spring rolls kalbi option served with miso sauce was the perfect start. Look to pair the spicy Flaming Dragon with the sweetness of the Orange Salmon roll. The only downside to dinner was not having enough room for one of the delicious sounding desserts. I look forward to a future visit to try out the highly recommended Firecracker, along with the Apple Blossom and Lemon Grass Panna Cotta. Closer look at their lunch menu has me excited for Bento in the near future.

What a total bummer. I’m not sure if this was worth downgrading to 2 stars from 4 or not but after finishing this review, I decided that indeed I’d give it a 2. I think the majority of the issues experienced today was from the fact we arrived with a group of 10 and possibly overwhelmed them. This should not really be an excuse for them as they have seating for around 50ish and there could not have been more than 18 people there including our 10. First thing that made me sad was that my favorite item on the menu, the chicken teriyaki sandwich, is gone. :(Oh well, time for something new! We arrived and ordered our food. It took a while which was expected, but when it came out, the majority of the food was cold. In particular the Ginger Frites. I’m guessing they made a batch that sat there until everything was done and then plated. The problem is, fries get cold very quickly and you cannot let them sit that long. The manager came by to apologize and replaced the fries for us. Unfortunately, my sandwich was also cold, as well as two other sandwiches at the table. It was not worth the trouble to send back and wait again so we ate them. I ordered the Bulgogi Honey Roll which was a new sandwich on the menu replacing the chicken sandwich that was my favorite. This thing is TINY. It has about a quarter cup of Bulgogi beef on a roll sized sandwich bun. In their defense, the dish IS called honey roll but for $ 14, I did NOT expect such as small sandwich. What exactly was worth $ 14 about this thing? I would pay $ 6 – 7MAX. The fries being cold was just a cherry on top of a disappointing dish. One of my co-workers ordered the Asian Taco Salad. This dish promised a play on the Mexican taco salad with Asian ingredients. They basically use Bulgogi instead of ground beef, and wasabi instead of guacamole. It also has a few other elements like curry and edamame beans in there. Sounds like it would be good right? NOPE, it was pretty flavorless after trying a bite. I tried a bite after my co-worker complained«ew, this is terrible» and I didn’t believe her. If you see this dish, it actually looks great, in fact, I was jealous. After trying it… wow do looks deceive. The chips they used for the shell were normal tortilla chips that were flavorless and boring like chips you get from large generic brands from GFS. The Bulgogi was poorly spiced, and none of the other ingredients came together in the dish. The worst part? This thing was $ 15!!! We had a few other issues that I believe stemmed from miscommunication between our party and the server that I cannot be mad at anyone for. but still left a bad taste in people’s mouth. Other than the manager coming by after we complained regarding the fries, no other apologies were given. I’m not sure how a restaurant can afford to have 10 people leave unhappy and tell people of their experience. It wasn’t like they were busy and couldn’t get to us in time, it was more like they were annoyed. I understand being annoyed, I understand they probably felt like we were just complaining, but you never let the customer feel that way. At the end of the day, I have to ask myself the question I always ask when I finish a review. Would I pay the price I paid for the quality I received? The answer is a HUGE resounding no. The chicken sandwich I used to get was $ 9 and was meaty and delicious. This Bulgogi Roll was $ 13 and tiny like a dinner roll. I have no idea why prices have been raised, but it just put Miracle outside of my lunch budget allotment. I may give this place another try at a work event, or if a vendor is paying to see if things have changed as I’ve enjoyed this place in the past. I just can’t see myself going back soon.

Wow glad to have this close by. My wife and I had an opportunity to get out for a late dinner and having just noticed this place a few days prior decided to stop in and give it a try and we were both glad we did. The interior was modern and very nice and the service was outstanding at providing knowledge of all the dishes as well as suggestions on what would pair together well. The meal started with a sweet chile cucumber amuse that was just given to us for coming in. The sweet chili flavor was good but I’m not a big cucumber fan so that part was a miss for me but the fact that it was just given to us was a great first impression. After that we shared a small plate of pork belly in broth with a rice ball and also a couple sides of garlic ginger fries and a bacon kimchi. The pork belly dish was amazing and could have probably eaten 10 of those by myself. The fries were nice and fresh but the garlic ginger flavor was very faint so they basically just tasted like regular french fries. The bacon kimchi was our least favorite dish of the evening but having never had kimchi before it may just be that we don’t like kimchi in general. After that we got some sushi to share and what we ordered was a tuna nigiri, a flaming dragon roll, and a Kazan roll. The tuna was very good and seemed very fresh. The Kazan roll was ok but there was a smokiness to the sauce that overpowered the rest of the roll. The flaming dragon roll was outstanding and something I would definitely go back for. We also shared a banana spring roll desert that was tasty as well. Overall this was an excellent meal and I can’t wait to go back to try some other dishes with a 5* being totally possible.

AMAZINGSUSHI!!! I seriously haven’t had this great of sushi since I last ate at Japonee in Bloomington *before it burnt down in 2013. It has since been rebuilt and reopened, but I haven’t been back there since then. Anyways, at Miracle, I had a bowl of White miso soup, a spicy tuna roll and the Apple Blossom(which has: Apple, Jalapeño, Spicy Salmon, Cilantro, Masago, Spicy Mayo, Sweet Wasabi Sauce.) Let me tell ya, the apple blossom was AMAZING! It was a delicious party in my mouth! TOTALLYGO!!! It is really good sushi and really well priced. I honestly didn’t mind paying $ 10 for the Apple Blossom roll because it tasted amazing.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this new gem. Ambiance was trendy and casual and while I was not expecting amazing things from an Indy suburban sushi joint, I now have a standard to compare all other Indy sushi to. I started with the tuna tartare as an app. Very fresh tuna with the perfect amount of seasoning. The egg was delish(didn’t need to be deep fried but was still boiled to perfection). For dinner I went with the apple blossom roll(truly amazing). The sauce used was incredible and the minced cilantro with apple bits on top was genius and unique. My second roll was the spicy yellowtail roll with scallions added. Both rolls had extremely fresh fish and were artfully crafted. Not too much rice, small bites, good cuts of fish. Service was very friendly, especially when I left my kindle there and they let me come back after closing to retrieve it. I will gladly return here every time I an in town. Miracle can easily give any Chicago sushi joint a run for their money.

Very impressed with this contemporary asian cuisine spot! The location is close to home and my husband and I intend to stop by frequently. Simple atmosphere and a clean, organized, and well stocked sushi/bar area. Plenty of booth seating and friendly staff. I loved how we were greeted and seated immediately, our waiter introduced himself and brought waters, then gave us his recommendations since we were new. Professional and informative, just what we were looking for! Also, the waiter(Robert, he was great!), brought us out two spoonfuls of something that were the chef’s special and let me tell you, it was a tastebud awakening bite. So refreshing and great way to start off our meal experience. Since I am still new to sushi we ordered the Crispy Smoked Salmon which included smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, and was fried. Crunchy and creamy, perfect roll for me! Then my husband chose the Firecracker roll per our waiter’s recommendation. I tired it, skeptical of the spicy makeup, it was delicious! We were very satisfied with our choices. We were anxious to try some sashimi as well and the owner, Sean, came right over with suggestions for beginners. The Super White Tune was chilled, fresh, and had a new thick texture I’ve never experienced before, we loved it! So much so that we had him suggest another, the Salmon. The Salmon was almost buttery the way it melted in my mouth. I could have swallowed it whole! We considered trying one more roll but we knew we’d be back! Thanks Miracle, we loved our dinner!
