If they tell you they can see you «right now» and are in a hurry then go somewhere else. After waiting in the chair for 20 minutes with no service I had to settle for a rushed polish change instead of a full pedicure. This place used to be better but it has gone a bit downhill.

I go to Luxe nails about once a month. They do a fine job and prices are reasonable. I rarely have to wait long. Most of the techs also do a nice leg and foot massage.
