Dr. Flanagan and his nurse Samantha surely deserves a 5 star!
This is an amazing place. I came across this thanks to google. All 5 star review on Google is a rarity.
They are thoroughly professional and do an awesome job of explaining everything, from testing process to the charges. Probably the best part is the fact they aren’t too pushy and I willing to give the patient their choice while continuously educating them.
One time there was a problem the practice did in estimating my charges at checkout. When I got the bill the amount was more. Upon contacting the office they absorbed the additional charge since they had quoted a lesser price at checkout. How many of us have had the same experience at other places where the doctors office doesn’t even care to empathize with the situation, leave alone give a credit back. Way to go!
