To start, I’m a very big fan of Jimmy John’s. I went to school in Waco, TX and lived right down the street from one and therefore ate there quite a bit. While I have only been to a few that really live up to the«freaky fast» motto(the ones that were freaky fast were indeed FREAKY fast), I still love the place. This one in particular though has been a bit disappointing. I have eaten here a handful of times at lunch time and it can be a little dirty and slow. Not a big deal, it’s busy, I get it. The major rub is that at 9:30 tonight I was craving some JJ’s. I look at the website and it says that they close at 10pm; booyah it’s Jimmy John’s time, folks. I roll up at the store at 9:40 and these guys have the place pretty much shut down. Tables and chairs all put up, the little fridge is pulled out and they’re cleaning everything. I understand if you want to start cleaning a little early but 20 minutes; really? The door was still unlocked and I could have gone in and ordered but talk about not making your customers feel welcome. Note to JJ’s: if your sign says you close at 10PM, then close at 10PM and THEN do your whole cleanup. I’m glad you want the place to be germ free, but hold off on the deep cleaning until the door is locked. Sincerely, Still Hungry

Being that it was a Friday night & most restaurants were really packed, my husband took me to grab a quick bite here last night… to tie us over. I was less than thrilled but acquiesced since it was close & I was famished. I read the menu & was taken aback that they don’t have any chicken… NONE! I’m not into most veggies put on subs so I begrudgingly ordered a slim with turkey(no veggies or sauce). My husband asked if they could add mayo for a little extra. They said no because that’s why that style sandwich was so cheap. Husband repeated he’d pay EXTRA but the guy behind the counter said it was«impossible»; they wouldn’t even do that for the President. Seriously? I’d love to see them look the President of the United States in the face & say«Sorry Sir, it’s IMPOSSIBLE for us to add mayo to that sandwich!» He took that one«their» way & ordered himself a different sandwich but WAS able to pay extra to add hot peppers to it. They graciously gave us 2 packets of mayo though. If they’re going to give us mayo anyway why couldn’t they just put it on? Had it been busy I’d have respected that more because I guess they’re known for their quick service. but like I said it wasn’t busy at all. We take our sandwiches & leave. I open mine to find that their«gourmet» sub is nothing more than a fairly standard sub roll with the processed pressed turkey one can get at the grocery in those little packets for $.75(with the same amount of meat as well)!! I was EXTREMELY disappointed! My husband was going return it but I said I was hungry & it was at least edible. He opened his to find out that the hot peppers he PAIDEXTRA for were missing. He decided to return his & they were stymied to figure out why he was miffed after all that. Duh??? If my husband ever wants to return that’s his prerogative. As for me, all I’ve seen from Jimmy John’s is lackluster food with poor service. Subway may not be «gourmet» but they’ll make your sandwich as you request… cold or TOASTED… without the attitude!

It’s not bad, their food is fresh and made to the order, we had a little bit of trouble with our catering order at work, but the manager was nice enough to fix it.

Sandwich feedback(get it): Pro: fast reliable sandwich turnaround time Con: girl that took my order stared at me very awkwardly before, during and after my order. Didn’t offer me a receipt and then said«ok you’re done.» Pro: two types of very nice toilet paper options in the bathroom Bottom line: I’ve had better, more polite service, especially in this area of town.

I work a block away so this is my quick lunch go to. I have never had a bad sandwich from this place and they are super fast! One of my favorite«fast food» places for sure.

Who do they have making sandwiches over here? The Flash? Usain Bolt? I think they set a record today. My food was here in 15 minutes. Way to go Jimmy!

This is really a great place… I’ve gotten delivery from this Jimmy John’s location a number of times(once a week on average) and have never gone wrong. I’ll assume that the reader is familiar with Jimmy John’s sandwich offerings… all are wonderful, IMO, particularly the Italian Night Club and the Vito(a miniature Italian Night Club). Order online and you can customize your sandwich to your heart’s content and this location, at least in my experience, gets everything right and delivers the finished product insanely fast. Check them out!

Someone figure out why this is not showing up in a Jimmy Johns search of Carmel. The store is on the southern side of West Clay, near the party store. Definitely at least a weekly indulgence. This Jimmy Johns is just like every other one — it is clean, the people are fantastic, and the subs are addictive. My daughter just had a baby and the first thing she wanted for dinner afterwards was her Turkey Tom #4. No one has better pickles either. This particular store has seating for about 20 – 30 and is great for carryout. Delivery was fast and convenient — don’t forget to tip your driver !!

Whats not to love about Jimmy Johns? They are fast and the food is always tasty. I typically go with the Club Lulu and a bag of BBQ Jimmy chips. It always hits the spot! I order from this location about once a month and have it delivered. They really are freaky fast! 10 to 15 minutes tops! The delivery guys are always friendly and have never had any trouble finding my apartment. My one gripe, which has nothing to do with the quality of food and service, is that their smartphone app is less that to be desired at times.
