Fast food italian… service was the worst… fountain drink machine was always out of ice, flavors tasted bad… too much carbonation and not enough syrup… had to ask for my food several times and no one offering breadsticks. had to stand in line for about ten mins and ask for the breadsticks. Manager is useless. not sure what he was doing

They should just close the store. I always liked the food but I find it a little expensive. I arrived right at the cut off for the lunch special and they would not honor it. No way are they getting my business. Ever!
This place is not going to make it. Now I understand why I never see cars here.

Drive thru was slow I almost fell asleep in my car and died of hunger. Pasta tasted like I could’ve made it from a Pasta Roni box. I remember this place being food long time ago when it first opened. I gave 2 stars for the delicious breadsticks.

I have not been in a Fazolis for a few years. My daughter wanted to stop and we did. What has happened here? No friendly people at the counter, no soup on the menu and no friendly little man delivering hot bread sticks. That was part of the enjoyment. You can have more sticks but, you have to walk up to the counter and wait for them. Pretty sad!
