Kayla is great and the entire staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend this location for your eyebrows, lip, and any other waxing needs.

As with all European Wax Centers, the experience is phenomenal. They make a fairly unpleasant task as pleasant and straightforward as possible. All of the staff members are very professional and efficient. The facility is bright and clean and they have a great protocol of practices in place to keep the process sanitary.
I frankly don’t know why one would go anywhere else for waxing needs. European Wax Center is a cut above the rest.

Even though waxing is painful, the experience doesn’t have to be! I have been looking for someone to take care of my facial waxing for some time now. I just can’t be bothered to tweeze my eyebrows anymore and I have some bushy wirey eyebrows on my face! I’ve driven by this place multiple times and thought «European waxing, that must meet only for naughty parts». Late Friday night I decided to check out their website and discovered that they are open 7 days a week with great hours and I could book online! Enter the magic of wifi and smart phones. I hate calling places, I reserve social interaction for an as-​needed basis. I found a great time on a Sunday. Went in and was out in 15 minutes. You get a free brow wax if you’re a first time customer which was awesome! And when you book your next appt you get $ 1 on your account. Refer a friend and get $ 5. I’ve already booked my next appt and can’t wait to go back. Minus the pain! But it’s a necessary part of female life.

I’ve been to this location quite a few times and have been pleased with every experience! I go for Brazilian and underarm treatments. Yes, it hurts but it’s not exactly supposed to feel good. I mean they are yanking hair off your body with hot wax (lol)! However, the wax they use is less painful that soft strip wax that many other salons use! It’s better on the skin yet effectively removes the hair. Rachel is my usual waxer and she is a perfectionist (she said it herself) so she always makes sure that everything looks great and that I’m happy with my waxing. It’s always nice to feel comfortable with the esthetician and she makes it very easy by being super cool and attentive. I have been to EWCs all over the country (I move frequently for work) and this has to be one of the best so far! Looking back, I definitely recommend Rachel and this location overall for your waxing experience!

My first visit to EWC in Carmel, IN was great! Nice facility, friendly staff, and the waxing attendant did a good job!
I had never had a Brazilian bikini wax before and I was 24 weeks pregnant! The waxer made me feel comfortable. She seemed knowledgeable and well trained, although she was new and this was my first wax!
The wax was free with her being in training, so that was a bonus!
What was nice there was no pressure afterward from the waxer or reception to book again or buy anything. Loved that!
Everything was clean and the staff was great, so go check out this place for your waxing!

I really needed my eyebrows waxed so I did a walk in, instead of calling ahead to set up an appointment. There was a 15 minute wait which was fine. The girl was really nice, however she ruined my eyebrows. When she showed me them in the mirror it was already too late. They were hacked up and in a shape I had never seen them before. I wanted to cry. I decided to let them grow out for a month and then I went back. I made sure to get a different girl. Unfortunately, I had the same issues. I love the wax there since it is painless. Too bad the girls are not very skilled with eyebrows. Sorry, but I was very disappointed. I have gone to a different EWC in another state and the girls were trained way better. Please put your girls through a higher standard of training.

I like the type of wax that is used, it has never irritated my skin or caused break outs. The staff is friendly and works fast. You also can’t beat the price. They do offer package deals for a set amount of waxes at a pretty big discount if you pay in advance. Totally worth the up front cost. For those on the shy side, be prepared to be completely exposed when getting your lower region waxed. True European style.

Any wax procedure is going to hurt a little however the wax they use does not hurt half as bad!
The place is very clean and they offer nice products! The prices are great for their procedures and they offer a lot for guys and girls!

The wax lady was very patient and did a terrific job with what she was given. I was concern with the dip (didn’t notice before) in my eyebrow but at least with another waxer’s additional eyes, they made my eyebrows matching.
I noticed that they trimmed my eyebrows as I don’t remember another salon (only been twice before for an eyebrow wax job) trimming.

Yay for EWC! I used to dread going in for a wax at regular salons. Not only was it extremely expensive, but painful. I did it for the end result only. EWC has completely changed my waxing experience. It’s quick, not as painful as using strips, and CHEAP. What more could you ask for?
You do have to prepare yourself for the fact that the waxers stay in the room while you undress. I asked the owners about this because I was uncomfortable with it at first. But, it’s how the franchise was set up. There’s no reason to feel strange about it. These women are professional and, quite frankly, see everything anyway!
I’m a regular at EWC. I go in every 4 weeks to the same girl, and it’s great. In and out in 10 minutes. Love it!

Went here because it was recommended by some people on Unilocal.Let me say, my waxing was free (first time visit and I did eyebrows). but i honestly could have done this at home. They werent even clean and very crooked. I tipped only because the job was free (and, I wonder if thats why she did such a crappy job?) but if i had paid for it, I wouldn’t have.
I guess I have to find a new place. Sigh.

I made an appointment after learning that first time clients get half-​off their first visit. It was very easy to make an appointment and the desk staff was extremely friendly when I arrived. The spa is very clean and the wax was never double-​dipped (you would be disgusted to know how many places do that).
Two things made me feel uncomfortable: First, the desk staff and the waxer seemed to do a pretty hard sell on the products and packages. Having just walked in the door, it was hard to tell whether I wanted to commit to a year-​long package. Secondly, I have never had a waxer remain in the room while I was getting undressed. They also did not have any of the disposable underwear that I have always been given at other salons. The waxer also remained in the room as I was getting dressed and tried to again push the products and packages. Let me tell you, the time to push products is not while someone is half-​naked.
After thinking about it more, I should have done whatever I needed to feel comfortable. I can’t say whether this is the standard practice for this location, but having been made to feel that awkward will guarantee that I don’t return.

As a women anytime i receive a Brazilian or a bikini wax i must admit i get a little nervous, but after visiting the European Wax Center in Carmel i was sold and will never be nervous again for this service and i will forever be a lifetime customer of theirs. When i first walked in the girls at the front desk were so welcoming and the place looked clean and welcoming. My wax specialist was so caring and truly was there to help me. The products they use are so awesome and the wax is AMAZING it felt like bath water temperature i never have to worry about being burnt or uncomfortable. I strongly recommend European Wax Center to everyone if its your first time getting waxed or you’ve been waxing for years you ll love this place and the wax which they told me is exclusive to European Wax Center.
