WARNING: THEY WILL RUIN YOUR MOST PRECIOUS ITEMS!!! This was the WORST experience I have EVER had as a customer. EVER!!! We made the terrible mistake of bringing my $ 5,000.00 wedding dress into this incapable establishment and trusted the owners words assuring us that they were completely capable to handle such delicate fabric (ivory silk organza). Upon pickup we were devastated to see that the fabric had turned yellowish and had completely lost it’s structure. It was wrinkled, ripped, the material completely frayed, AND they didn’t even get the minor dirt off of the train. Aside from a few dirt spots on the bottom of this dress, it was given to them in PRISTINE condition. And we were returned a worn out tired version of the dress. The owners had the audacity to tell me and my mother and a witness we brought into their shop that this is how we brought it to them. They called us liars and insulted us. They have completely ruined a keepsake I had hoped to save for my daughters and refused to take any responsibility. Not to mention they still charged us!!! THIS IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND YOU WOULD BE MAKING A TERRIBLE MISTAKE TO USE THEM FOR YOUR CLEANING NEEDS. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS AND HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY!!!

Great service, dry-​cleaning is always ready on time and they get out difficult spots! The gentleman who does the repairs always does a fantastic job! And they always remember my phone number when I walk in the door! Highly recommend!

I don’t believe some people down there. The machine doesn’t rip cloth. The tie must have been really old. And it is true women shirts have to be hand washed. This cleaners have been here forever and no one really complains about it!

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! I have never experienced worse customer service in an instance where the clothes I picked up were DAMAGED. Lost draw string on cashmere sweatpants, completely destroyed 2 custom silk ties and failed to offer compensation. The man had the audacity to tell me that the fact that the ties were ruined was my fault because the material was «old and already falling apart.»

I tried twice to get my women’s shirts done here. They charge extra, as everyone does, since they «do them by hand.» I get them folded and boxed for travel. The first time I got them done, I had to re-​press each one on the road. I asked them to be extra careful this time, but it came back wrinkled again. The gentleman said it was my fault because I wanted them in a box. I have been getting them in a box for 30 years, and my husband’s shirt was not wrinkled at all. Clearly they had thrown my shirt on the same press as my husband’s and charged me double. When I told him I would not pay for that, he made a personally insulting comment to me that was truly inappropriate. There are too many cleaners in town. They do a bad job and are arrogant as well. Go elsewhere!

I took an expensive orange silk dress to be cleaned when I picked the dress up it was covered with white fuzz balls, the clerk was very nice, but told me that the dress was flawed and the white fuzz balls where in the fabric — untrue! This was a result of the cleaning process. I like to support local business, but would never use them again.

I’ve been going to this cleaners since they were in the «old» part of the shopping center between Longs and Safeway.
This is the best! The woman who usually waits on everyone is friendly and efficient — the clothes are done perfectly and the laundry (that is sent out) is usually done well.
Whenever there might be a problem, it’s taken care of with no charge and no interragation of what I might feel is wrong — it’s just a done deal!
The alterations man is unbelievable. If there’s a question he calls before doing anything and that is most appreciated as I measure things at home and he has to take my word for it.
CC has improved in all areas over the years and going green has been one of their major accomplishments. Also, as with everything, prices go up but somehow this cleaners has managed to keep themselves competitive without making the customer feel overwhelmed about any price increase.
