This Shell is a-OK. It dispenses gasoline, which is what you want from a gas station. I haven’t been inside the mini mart, but from the outside, it looks like your average gas station mini mart. This gas station is on the corner of Main Street and Guilford, just outside of the Carmel Arts District. It’s also not far from Highway 31 and St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. So basically what I’m saying is that this Shell is in a good spot. It’s easy to get in and out of.

One would expect a gas station right on the edge of Carmel’s Main Street would be cleaner and in better shape. After a day walking up and down Main St. shopping we stopped at Carmel Shell to gas up before making the long drive home to Northern Indiana. I figured I would run in and use the bathroom so we wouldn’t have to make another stop. I should have just waited and stopped to get gas and use the restroom somewhere else as the bathroom was in desperate need of a cleaning. Granted it looked like someone, sometime, had started cleaning… I just don’t know how long ago that was and why they stopped midway(and left all their cleaning supplies throughout the bathroom). I posted a pic of the bathroom as well. Save your stop for a better station down the road…
