Shipping here is a breeze and the owners make you feel like family. Their prices are fair and the packaging materials they use are far better than what you get from UPS or FedEx– especially if you are shipping wine.
I have also taken advantage of their Live Scan technology, which is quicker and more comfortable than going to the Sheriff’s office if you need fingerprinting done.
They also have a healthy amount of bizarre greeting cards. The one with a majestic eagle on it for a Son’s birthday is particularly delightful.

Great small business experience. Al, the owner is great and very helpful. The store has a bunch of great services right here in Carmel with good pricing. The store is always open. It is neat and well organized. I’ve done everything here from printing a passport photo to having a banner for my business printed.

Natalie and Al were just fantastic. Their personal touch and professionalism was so appreciated as we had to get a very large (33 pages) fax sent… which turned out to be their record transmission. No request was too great and they cheerfully helped us get everything together ready to fax. We highly recommend their services to everyone. You would not get (and have never received) the same standard of service from any of the big business/​office centers around… plus you’d have to drive to Monterey. To top things off, they also carry a great range of cards, gifts besides all the stationery items you would expect at a large office supplier. Having this in Carmel, was so great and convenient and they’re open 7 days! We’ll certainly be spreading the word and will return.

I popped into this place shortly after it opened (nice to have an office supply store in this area) and really liked the vibe of the place (very friendly). Bought a couple of items, some art supplies which I was surprised they had, lot’s of items in the place. I went back to send a package a few days later and again, very nice people and very good service.
