You know how sometimes you enter a business and you immediately get the sense that the woman working there is really passive-​aggressive, and is going to look you over after saying hello and ask if you’re there for a hair appointment in a way that implies you NEED your hair done?
And then you know how sometimes you’re asking about getting your nails done and the person working at the business will look at your hands and say something like «I don’t do acrylics» before bothering to ask what you want?
And then you know how you’ll say something like «I’d like to get gels done today,» and then the person will say, «Ok, I do those,» and then you’ll decide to maybe double check and let her know «This would be on my toes,» and then it’s so interesting when the person suddenly announces «Oh, I don’t do gel on toes, only the owner does that… and she’s not here today,» and suddenly you get the sense that your business isn’t really wanted?
Yeah…that.

Michele was really kind and took me and my fiancé in at the very last minute at the end of her day. She listened to how we wanted our hair cut and did a perfect job. Couldn’t be happier! And very reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend her!

Jennifer is by far the best manicurist in this area. Very clean salon, very meticulous in all aspects of her service. And on top of all that she has a great personality.

I originally met Jennifer, the owner, through my girlfriend who raved about her services. I had been skeptical after years of going to different nail salons and getting inconsistent work done and it was very frustrating because I know quality services and skills. With that being said, I am a completely loyal customer to this salon now for three years!
First off, Jennifer is very thorough and regimented. She follows the guidelines on all products and makes sure she takes the necessary time to work on you. You are never rushed or hurried.
Secondly, the salon is always very clean. That’s very important to me because I am so fearful of getting an infection. Which happened to me 5 years ago at another salon in Carmel.ahem. It was a complete pain to get rid of and took a long time for my nails to return to its normal shape.
Lastly, I love that this salon is very up to date with their products. I love their constantly changing array if quality products like gel nails which keeps my nails looking very nice until my next appointment.
One thing that I will caution is that you should make an appointment. They’re pretty booked and work by appointment, but if you’re lucky, you may get in quickly. The times I’ve tried to call, I would leave a message and if I’m lucky can get in pretty soon. Good luck!
