He takes paintings in consignment and does not pay the artists. I am one of many that only found out about his fraudulent business after suffering from the same trick he has been doing for years. After contacting the police, I found out that this is not a crime and it is a civil matter. So we are suing him but cannot do anything to prevent other artists to be aware of this scheme. Check online to see his history!

As far as I know, this gallery is out of business and hopefully it stays that way. Check the internet for the owner’s previous lawsuits regarding non-​payments to his artists. My wife was one of his artists and we are still owed money for paintings of hers that he sold (going back two years). If you are an artists PLEASE do your research online before winding up in the same situation!!!

So many artists, so many things to see! We came in and were able to take time and browse. Very different collections than other galleries in Carmel — seeing work here that I have not seen before.
