Family meal is a great deal. Pizza is pretty good and so was the salad. Much better than expected for an amusement park. Pricey, but expected.

Oh my sweet goodness, Brickolini is where it is at my friends! The most outstanding part about Ristorante Brickolini is the staff. So nice, so friendly, and they can even carry a pretty good tune! If you want the best experience do not come during the 12 – 2 lunch rush. I would recommend the Veggie Wood Fire Pizza. Yummy pesto and mozerella covered in delish garlicy veggies with a soft fluffy dough. These pizzas can get a little crispy though, so if you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen! Cheesy pasta Alfredo is melt in your mouth good. Yummmmm. Best food place in the park, yo!

so not the best there is but the best i saw in Legoland. I got a caprese salad just because it was so hot to eat anything warm. over priced salad but they did make me a balsamic dressing and were really nice about it. The kids says the pizza wan’t so bad and the prices($ 10approx.) for a personal size pizza wasn’t outrageous like other parks I’ve visited. The staff was plesant and smiling so its nice to see.

First of all, the aroma of the Wood Fired Pizzas entice you immediately. The restaurant is located close to the Duplo Village which is the area one often walks through when you’ve just arrived at the park(unless you’re a pro & turned right as you walk in…& I guess the fam & I can be considered«pros»). The name of the restaurant is also very cute! Now, the food. For theme park fair, it’s quite great! They claim everything is fresh & homemade. You can see the pizzas being baked in the wood fire oven & the pizzas are all oddly roundly shaped so it feels very rustic. They have 2 pasta choices – marinara or alfredo. The husband & I shared a meat pizza & a pasta… so we could have a bit of both. The pizzas are designed for one person, but they’re large & could definitely be shared depending on one’s appetite. They have kids’ kits… which includes a slice of pizza, chips, fruit(which translated to a box of raisins) & a drink. It’s okay and the kids were not complaining. Of course, because it’s inside Legoland, the prices are not inexpensive… and that’s why I won’t give them 4 stars. But it is a really great option…& certainly better than most restaurants you find inside a theme park.

Decent pizza cooked in a brick oven… what more would one expect for Legoland, eh? Pasta bar was decent and portions wufficient for adulats and growing boys. Interesting finding… not sure if this is true all of the time or a special while we were there: Free kids meal with purchase of each adult meal. Yeah!

One of the better places for dining withing Legoland Park. The kids’ meals are pretty generous — fountain drink, large slice of pizza, and a large box of raisins for $ 8. Yeah, you can get a cheaper Happy Meal at any McDonald’s but what are going to do when you’re captive in a theme park? The fountain drink options included some real fruit juices, with some more exotic options(like passion fruit). You also got a reusable plastic cup with straw and lid. It’s not the souvenir cup that you buy at various watering holes throughout the park, but the kids still consider it a special remembrance of their trip to Legoland. For the adults, there are single serving Pizzas, which are very filling if you eat the whole thing by yourself. My wife and I shared a chicken pesto pizza which was very good. No issues regarding dryness/burning/overcooking that others have mentioned. There’s a pasta bar, but we didn’t check it out during our visit, so I can’t comment on it.

So far, this was one the worst theme park dining experiences I’ve ever had. The audacity to serve bunt food without batting an eye really«burns» me… Every single pie was charred, don’t ask me why the wife bought one anyway. She said the Pasta wasn’t any better so she chose burn pizza. One positive of Brickolini was the $ 6 side salad in the plastic clamshell from an off-site vendor. Was delicious. Avoid this place, there are better food options at legoland like the café inside the aquarium.

Maybe because of its European roots, Legoland has some of the best amusement park food I’ve ever encountered. I’m not going to compare Ristorante Brickolini to a fine Italian establishment outside Legoland’s hallowed gates, but for what it is, it’s great. I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and accommodating to boot. The pasta station offers a simple and delicious meal. The pasta dishes are garnished, if you like, with cheese and chopped tomatoes and basil. Often, I can get the pasta station line cook to combine the Alfredo and marinara sauces to make a dreamy pink sauce. I love that there’s a gluten-free pasta option. The large slices of pizza come from a regular oven, but the smaller gourmet pizza pizzas are made in a real wood-fired brick oven. One other dining tip: They have some packaged salad dressings that aren’t very appetizing, but they’ll make up a oil and vinegar dressing with real Balsamico. Nice touch! This place is so family-friendly. They have low tables in back of their al fresco dining area that are great for young children. Clean kid-friendly bathrooms are located just outside the restaurant.

Based on my previous dining experiences I would’ve given them 5 stars. Especially, for a dining establishment located within an amusement park. Unfortunately, last weekend’s service and quality was lacking in many areas. However, they do use great fresh ingredients for their wood fired pizza as well as their pastas. They also offer gluten free pasta which tastes great with their marinara and a splash of the cream sauce.

I was pretty impressed by the brick oven pizzas at this place located at Explore Village in Legoland. Although it was a choice based purely on the consensus(kids of course), we went along. We got a selection of pizzas and I also got the caprese salad which included tomatoes, fresh mozarella and greens with a balsamic and olive oil dressing. Salad was really good and the pizzas were pretty alright as well. Too bad they didn’t serve the kids’ combo meals using the same pizza, or else they would’ve gotten 5 stars. The kids’ meals had a disgusting slice of either cheese or pepperoni pizza and it was cold. They also didn’t use the same crust for the kids’ pizza as they did the individual pizzas probably because the individual ones were $ 10 each while the kids’ entire combo meal was about $ 6.95. Had to take one star off for closing early like the other better establishments located within Legoland. We are stuck with the less than healthy alternatives an hour before the park closes. What’s up with that?
