Great service and killer Americanos and soy mochas. My wife and I go every Sunday. Everyone is really friendly and it’s a comfortable place to hang out for an hour or so. I’m glad some people still go to Starbucks so this place isn’t completely overwhelmed.

Had such a wonderful experience with Peet’s that I just had to Unilocal about. I called yesterday around 4pm to ask if it would be possible to get 3 large to go boxes of brewed coffee (donated) for an event at a school that I teach at. It was short notice, as the event was the next morning. They were so kind on the phone and asked what time I would be arriving that morning so they could have everything ready. I was so thrilled that they graciously fulfilled my donation request especially since I had called Starbucks prior (as it is closer to school) and they had said they needed a weeks notice. Thank you Peet’s for coming through for us teachers, we truly appreciate the effort you put into getting us caffeinated this morning! Not to mention all the creamer, cups, napkins and sugar you so beautifully packed in as well. You guys truly rock!

Bottom Line: Strong coffee in Bressi Ranch with indoor and outdoor seating.
I still prefer Peet’s over Starbucks so if its time to fuel up in the 92 009 then Peet’s is my stop. Even though this shopping center is totally crazy between the hours of 11am and 6pm, in the early morning I find it to be peaceful with plentiful parking. The baristas are always kind and I like looking at the tea and fun gifty stuff while I wait for my java. Generally, I just get a drip coffee but occasionally I splurge, and thoroughly enjoy, one of their specialty drinks. There is indoor and outdoor seating here and Peet’s provides a wifi code on your receipt which I think is good for one hour.

Have been here multiple times for a special coffee treat! I really like their holiday specials, specifically the peppermint latte. The peppermint is not overdone like most coffee places, it is more of a subtle hint as I enjoy my latte. I like how you also get $ 1 off for a Unilocal check in! Can’t wait to come back for more coffee!

Excellent coffee shop. Very kind employees, the kind that care about customers. Coffee is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable about their products.
Great area to sit outside. They could use more comfortable seating inside. There are enough tables but lounge or sofa type seating would be better. This center has a great atmosphere and very decent clientele. The shop was very clean.

First time to visit a Peet’s. Nice place to get coffee. Staff is friendly. Plenty of tables and chairs both inside and outside to sit. Vibe is chill. I tried one of the seasonal cinnamon coffee’s and it was pretty good. Definitely worth further visits.

Fast service, great location, and really the best coffee.

While I prefer Peets over Starbucks, I did not experience the greatest customer service today. I ordered a large cold brew coffee today. And when the Barista put up my order she called out medium. When I told her I ordered a large all she said was well he charged you for a med and didn’t bother to offer to fix the mistake, I would’ve paid the difference if asked. When I pay $ 3.50 for a coffee and leave you $ 1 tip on top of it I would expect a little better customer service for it. I’m in the service industry and you always try and accommodate as best you can. Not brush the customer off which I felt happened today.

Not impressed. Came in on a Saturday afternoon and had a couple of customers in line before me, the customer at the register was asking a ton of questions about coffee. Instead of having one of the other 4 employees help this particular customer the register woman continued to help this needy customer. After waiting 10 minutes I was asked what I wanted and then paid for it. They made something completely different and by this time my two children were not having the long wait (toddlers and 20 min do not match) and I left with the incorrect drink. The drink was horrible and I had simply two sips and tossed the rest.

This is likely the best Peets in the area if not the best chain coffee shop around. I have been here several times and this place never disappoints. The service is solid, the product served is extremely consistent and tasty… I’m a tea drinker and this place fits the bill with their tea selection and prompt service. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for an alternative to Starbucks.

The cleanliness issue seems to have been addressed. Haven’t checked the wifi yet. Peets javiva and coffee is the bomb so I am glad that the standard has been raised here. Beautiful area, employees, and good coffee makes for a nice spot to chill!

Peet’s is the best coffee you will find around! There are always a lot of people here, but they get you your coffee quick and with friendly service. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. I believe this coffee to taste a lot better than other big brand franchise coffee shops. Also the outdoor seating is great; lots of tables and in the beautiful Bressi Ranch. Only downside is the wifi is not the best.
So wether you come for a quick cup of caffeine, or you decided to sit outside and sip under a beautiful San Diego sky, this is a wonderful coffee shop to stop in at.
PS. There is usually always a check-​in offer.

Just figured out Peet’s opens at 5 am! If I make a coffee run I usually go to Starbucks across the street because they open just as early, but I prefer Peet’s over Starbucks. So I stopped by here around 5:15 am this morning for some much needed coffee before work and scored on a pretty good deal, I think!
If you check in on Unilocal,you get a dollar off their drink special of the month. I ordered the Black Tie (pretty good, kinda on the sweeter side, not enough coffee flavor for my liking though, could use a little more…). They have some sort of promotion going on cuz they gave me 50% off my medium drink which came out to $ 1.87 or something. Score! and I got my caffeine fix:)
Also ordered their honey bran muffin, yum! Definitely going to stop by here more often if I can leave my house early enough before work!

I’ve walked past this location a ton of times but never stopped in… and now I feel dumb! It’s such a nice little hangout spot.
Allie, one of the baristas working, didn’t bat an eye when I asked for decaf at 11am. She happily said they would brew some for me… versus the usual ‘we don’t have any now’ at other coffeeshops. This is where she really excelled at customer service…
Allie: Will you be outside?
Me: Yes…(and she sees I’m with my two small kids)
Allie: How would you like your coffee? I can bring it to you outside.
I really appreciated that. My kids are too young to be left alone outside (5 and 2) and to have someone go that extra mile really made my day… instead of my dragging them back in to get my coffee and then make it how I like it.
I’ll be back!

Great coffee… Worst WIFI ever! I can’t even send an e-​mail. Employees could care less and/​or have no control. If I was able to tether off my personal hotspot I’d be fine, but neither Sprint, T-​Mobile, nor AT&T have any reception in this area. Please fix the WIFI!

Nice atmosphere in this Peets. Beautiful Outdoor patio overlooking a rather large freshly groomed flower garden/​Park area with a large Gazebo. It’s elegantly positioned in this new shopping area. There are 4 total areas to sit, immediately when you walk in the door, little private strip to the right, and one to the left as well as ample graduated layers if seating on the outdoor patio area.
My coffee was rich, robust and was very strong. The Baristas were very quarky, boisterous and somewhat distracted. But delivered every cup ordered efficiently. They were colorful and avant garde.
The atmosphere is conducive to reading, studying or contemplating. Lots of activity was coming from the All Natural Burger a Place next door… pure Burger.
I will definitely go back soon. The atmosphere was a bit disconnected as the employees were not on target today. So looking forward to a return visit to see just how much more professional they CAN be
