Coronado, CA
Mall locations can be a very unpleasant visit but This wasn’t the case during my visit. Staff was friendly and professional. I received what I ordered but did not get my hot mustered for my chicken nuggets. Soda fountain area was a bit of a mess and didn’t have a water sprout, maybe to deter freebies. Four stars for a pleasant visit!

Horrible and dirty! Soo nasty! How do they allow this to stay in the mall??? This place is by far the most horrible McDonalds I have ever seen. Ugh you will be lucky not to poison people.

Terrible service. Slow staff. When I ordered my oatmeal it was swimming in water. Then I asked for the brown sugar and the guy said they were out of brown sugar. I asked for my money back and they made me feel it was my fault. I left there then realized that they gave me the wrong change. They kept the tax. Horrible experience!

They have never got my order right, never. I get the opposite of what I ask for. At this point I am convinced they do it on purpose. Whatever, shouldn’t eat at McDonalds anyways.

Usually come in to take a break from shopping. The place is usually slow and not very clean. But my orders always right and quick so no harm no foul right? I usually get dollar menu items since the value meals come up stale and weird /:

McDonald’s in a mall is seriously a life saver. All that power walking, clothes rack shuffling, and outfit trying is seriously exhausting! Nothing replenishes and refuels like a quick soda and fries in between your walk to the next store. Never ever get a burger or sandwich while you are shopping because you’ll bloat and it will be impossible to try on clothes correctly. Just wolf down enough to maintain your energy level so that you can shop and not drop. This particular location is clean and there’s never a wait line longer than two minutes. Service is standard since my order is super simple.

The food was your standard mediocre fat food so no complaints there, but the service was horrible! The two employees working were speaking back and forth to each other in Spanish and laughing. I may be white but i understood what they were saying and it was about her time with her «man» last night. Very unprofessional. Finished her story before she helped me at the register. Diet coke was out and I let her know and she just shrugged. Not impressed. Next time I’ll stick with hot dog on a stick

Worst McDonald’s service EVER, I waited for 10 minutes today to order a soda because they were busy talking to each other in the back. Even the manager, walked by the register, looked me in the eye and kept going.
As soon as a Mexican walked up to the register she hustled to the register and took the Mexican customers order before mine! This was just too much so I just left. RACIST DIRTY LAZY GHETTO Employees.
