Lady Foot Locker

Went in there a couple times trying to get a refund and every time I went in they had some kind of bullshit excuse (as always). Then finally after the 2^nd they explained that they needed his card since he paid (which is understandable) and I explained to them my husband was in the field for over a month and that he would be back in a couple days but that it would go over the 30 days by ONE DAY. and the girl said it was fine, he’s military, it shouldn’t be a problem, as long as I had the card, receipt and my items of course. Couple days go by, I go in with my husband (my 3^rd time) and I believe the manager (curly hair) went ahead and helped us, I went ahead and looked around while my husband was being helped, and after a couple minutes I get called over that they CANNOT do a refund because we have 30 days and it had been 31 DAYS!!! Are you kidding me? I had gone in twice before that and it was always something!!! And after the second time I was told as long as my husband had his card and he has the receipt there should not be a problem. And yes I went over 30 days by ONE FUCKING DAY but I had already explained that to the other lady and she informed me it was perfectly fine and she would let her co-​workers know. So I didn’t even bother explaining myself again and telling her I had gone in previously twice and had got the okay. And just to clear it up, I LOVED my gift but I just needed bigger sizes and they said they rarely get shipments on any clothes So for that reason I was not able to exchange for anything. So if I could give them 0 stars I would but unfortunately it will not let me. Sad to say we have bought several stuff there but now they just lost loyal customers and I will never buy anything from Lady Footlocker every again. Worst business ever. And believe me I will be calling corporate as well.

Excellent service! Attentive, prompt and courteous this is how you should be treated when walking into any store!
I need to purchase stability shoes and Asics are my brand, they are comfy and keep my feet sturdy. I found a pair in my size within five minutes of walking in and the sales girl had them out to me in a quick minute. She offered to bring me all the Asic brand shoes in my size 11 that she had had but I was good with the ones I found. I’m grateful for her and all the girls readiness to help in that store.
Ps the store was pretty busy and they still managed to make sure everybody was being helped ;)
