Coach Men’s Factory

I like the fact that this is separated from the actually coach store. Men’s has a separate store focused for men. Good prices and a bunch of variety.

Great place to get great quality stuff at a decent price. Nice selection of accessories and a very attentive staff.

In May I purchased a pair of Mens MCKAY PENNY DRIVER loafers and to say I am disappointed in the quality is an understatement. Within 8 weeks I had already worn through the front of the shoes which is completely unacceptable. I took pictures of the shoes and posted them on the Coach stores Unilocal account to let others know that Coach rips off their customers and they are better off buying fakes. The response from other customers have agreed with me. down Shoes that have a $ 268 retail should last longer than 2 months. In fact I still have to this day a pair of Bass loafers that are ten years old and they are not worn out at all.

Great place to come for men’s coach products. They have a lot to choose from and the people are always friendly. Great variety and great sales.

The hubby recently lost his wallet and surprisingly, he was more sad about losing the wallet itself than losing his drivers license and credit cards. After a month of searching, we haven’t been able to find him a replacement since everything we came across was too bulky for him. On my way out of the Outlet Mall, I saw this store and figured I should give Coach a try in the event I was able to find something for him.
Lucky me! They had very slim wallets that I thought he’d like and thankfully, it was on sale! The style came in brown or black so I was able to choose between the two. The wallet was originally $ 100 but out the door with the discount, came to $ 32.31. Even better… the hubby liked the wallet and he’s no longer using a rubber band to carry his cash, credit cards and drivers license. Whew!
It pays to shop over a holiday weekend… great sales!

Once in a while you run into some truly outstanding customer service. This is one of those times. While I am pretty easy to satisfy, it takes a LOT to really WOW me.
So I drove up to the relatively new men’s Coach store to try and find a (mens) bag to replace the one that was stolen out of my car. I REALLY liked the one I had, and after calling a few of the stores and checking online, the only way I was going to get an exact replacement was to pay full price at one of the non outlet stores.
Since i didn’t want to spend $ 500 for my «mens european leather carry all», I went to find something close as possible in the «reasonable» price range.
After Telling my tale of woe to Brett, and then Victoria who happened to be listening nearby, the two of them asked me to hang out for a bit while they huddled around the computer and made a few phone calls.
While Brett was still on the phone, Victoria come over to me with the «good news /​bad news» spiel. The bad news was that there were only 15 or so of these bags in existence (non in Cali), and that they were full boat at around $ 500 and change.
The good news was that if I wanted one (which I did) I could put It on my CC and when it was shipped to me (shipping fee waived BTW), all I had to do was to come back up and they would «price adjust» it to their sale price of 50% off.
SCORE!
As someone who also works in a high end customer service type business, I can tell you that this was a LOT of work for two people to spend on a customer on a fairly busy Thursday afternoon. It would have been super easy to not look and make me find a different style bag and send me on my way.
I can’t wait to get my bag (transatlantic commuter) and thank Brett and Victoria for all their help.
