I work in rescue and am very knowledgeable and needed some expert advice.
Francine was very caring, insightful and helpful regarding an intense (health and behavioral) challenge/​s with an older cat of my relative. She is VERY knowledgeable about cat behavior. She had many specific and GREAT ideas for play therapy products and more.

Francine Miller deserves zero stars. We have a dachshund that isn’t living with us, and if it was completely up to me, he would already be re-​homed. My husband pleaded to have our dachshund rehabilitated while I think re-​homing the dog is best. Our dachshund, Newton is 3 years old and he has bitten and broke skin on our almost 2 year old son, has bitten my mom twice, and me once. I should’ve gotten stitches. After Newton bit me, I told my husband he had to go. He is living with my in-​laws, hopefully until he is re-​homed. Francine Miller was found by my husband. She came to the house for an initial consult after she and I had been emailing. I was under the impression that she had some sense and was going to tell my husband that she can’t work with us due to the amount of bites in the home and a toddler. NOPE! After Francine told me she was going to «cancel» working with us and would tell my husband in person, she came to my house and did the OPPOSITE.
She doesn’t even own a dog! She started talking about Newton wearing a muzzle, telling us never to pick Newton up, always having him leashed when he’s around our son. It sounded like our lives had to revolve around this 16lb biting dog. Words that come to mind during our conversation are illogical, no common sense, wrong, unlawful, liability, stupid. I would NEVER recommend wasting your money on this «trainer» that doesn’t even own a dog.

When my cats moved from the UK to California, the change was really hard on them and they began to act out. I could tell that they we’re extremely unhappy and even though they were once best friends, they began to attack each other.
I had no choice but to call in for help because there was no way I would give one up for adoption (a rescue is for life). Thank God I found Francine. She helped me figure out how to «reset» my cats with no extreme measures but lots of time and patience.
She makes you fill out detailed behaviour /​history forms, comes to the house to check out your surroundings and finally gives a very detailed assessment.
Her advice was completely invaluable and she truly is great at understanding what makes cats tick. I highly recommend her.
