Abercrombie & Fitch

What is the attraction of this place? Some of their stuff is ok and the staff is nice but the overall decorating effect is creepy. They play loud music, I think to give it a club feeling, but in the middle of the day, when you’re in the mood to shop and want to be able to talk to people. It doesn’t work for me.

The workers are seriously lazy, and very unhelpful… might as well shop online! I tried to buy some stuff for my gf and sisters, and when being helped by some blonde named emily, I literally could smell the weed on her, and see her eyes glazed over… Hey Ambercrombie & Fitch… try drug testing your employees… cuz 1) there are tons of people out there qualified looking for jobs, and 2) service is the name of the game, and I dont care how cute a girl is, if she is stoned and incompetent on customer service, why is she working there???
Overall, clothes are good, quality slipping some past couple years… but Id never go to this Carlsbad location again. luckily I live down south and that was a rare visit to Cbad mall.

Love the clothes hate the people inside the store… I usually just buy all the clothes i want from abercrombie online.
I have never seen so many Pretentious/​Fake People and never heard such crappy pop music in my whole entire life… + all the posters of half naked guys made me feel like i was in a gay shop… you get people camping out in that store as well its like a cult following i saw like 4 or 5 girls sat down in one area of it and i was walking past, it was like that movie deliverance.

This location is the best i’ve ever been at…
Always a sale, most items were 40−50% off!
Employees actually say HELLO and acknowledge that i even exist.
No lines, never too busy here.

This location is set in the Carlsbad Plaza Camino Real mall.
This store has a lot of Marines and teeny boppers. This store is set on the first level of the store and they got some pretty low sales. Their sale area is pretty small and not as large as the other stores down at UTC or at Fashion Valley.
There employees here are just a little on the slow end and just really don’t know what is going on. This location has a bunch of kinda of lazy employees that aren’t all eager to work. If you are getting paid to work, do something!!!
