Ordered a large pizza and chicken wing special on the phone for carry out and the woman who answered the phone was slow and I guess didn’t understand our simple order and had to repeat ourselves 3 times. She seemed confused and when we got there for pick up she still got our order wrong. Asked for our money back and left food-less.

Yes they close at 1 am but they should be able to accommodate people until they close. They just keep customers on hold until they close and don’t answer the phone. At least turn off your phone line if your not accepting other orders

Good pizza but not when it takes 2 hours to get it. I’d rather go to little cesears. At least I know I can walk in there and walk back out with a pizza without waiting. So disappointed with you dominos. Oh and their delivery is worse!

It’s Dominos… don’t over think it people. Always delicious for easy pizza. (This part if for the first 5 times I ordered) With that being said… can you guys PLEASE for the love fix it so you can order online. I would order way more, but every time I call I’m on hold for 10 – 15 minutes. Hearing the stupid auto recording telling me to order online is infuriating as well… (This was my experience tonight after not being able to order online or by phone) FIXYOURPHONES. Couldn’t even call in an order. Waited on told 2 times for 10 minutes got hung up on, tried calling back and the stupid recording wouldn’t even pick up anymore. I guess I’ll go get pizza else where. This is the best dominos around. Francisco is the best manager. Food is always hot and on time. Delivery drivers are all great. Never had a bad experience. That one driver Dylan is like 5x faster than the rest of the drivers its insane. This kid is fast and always polite and punctual. God bless Francisco and Dylan. You guys are my pizza heroes!!!

I’m shocked of all the bad reviews, some people still uses their dial-up feature on their cell phones. We always order on line, We can do it from our cell phones, tablet or PC. We even registered our credit card with them for faster service, We are also be able so save our favorite orders for future use in our account with them! We live in Santa Cruz CA. but Any where we go, let’s say Las Vegas or Disneyland, we just sign in online, input our location and Bum! We have our Pizza in no time! Please, if you are thinking what I’m thinking and still think that Pizza is trowed on the air making 20 spins on the air before the Pizza maker catches it? Seriously? This Pizza maker, Domino’s to us is the best, they have so much variety, simple, gourmet, chicken, chocolate lava! They even bring you sodas! Give them a try, if you want something affordable, they have it, if you want gourmet, they prepare this with exclusivity and super delicious! Those bad reviews must came from drunks or junkie lazy butts who can’t even warm up a tortilla. I’m sure they don’t even tip the driver for their service, please don’t forget to tip them, this people are super awesome and work so hard to please us the pizza lovers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would unfortunately Unilocal rating won’t go that low. Beware of food here. Went in at 930 pm. Ordered 2 sandwiches one chicken one Italian, both people who ate these had diarrhea for several hours. I hate to think what these people did to the sandwiches, and their reason for doing it just malice since there was no problems with the transaction.

We all know what we’re getting when ordering Domino’s. It’s sub par pizza at its best but edible. This was NOT the case from this particular Dominos. I ordered a thin crust pizza and wings, I threw out ¾ of it. The pizza just sucked. Hardly any cheese, cold, and mushy wings. What a waste of $$, I would have rather had a Totino’s for $ 0.99

Always yummy. It’s Domino’s, so come on. Fairly quick, and have never messed up an order. Can’t comment on the phone service because we always order online. Always a favorite.

I have no idea where all these bad reviews come from. My household orders domino’s pizza all the time. The pizza is always hot, tastes great AND they usually have deals to make buying affordable. The customer service is friendly and professional and I can recommend this location highly.

If there was an infinite negative star system I would go as far back as possible. The entire experience makes my fiancé and I never want to go to another dominos EVER. I haven ever had such poor customer service. 1. We gave them our phone number and they repeated it back correctly but when the driver got here, he supposedly called the wrong number and left. So we called to check on our order and they said we gave them the wrong phone number. Uh… Hello? I think we know our number. Perhaps your associates are just to illiterate and stupid to read the number written by their manager. 2. The driver comes back and calls and says we gave him the wrong address. I ask him if it is 620 _____and he says yes and that he is between 612 and 700… Um excuse me but since when is 612 the same as 620? You idiot. But then I simply tell him it is the end of the street. This is a hotel by the way so we used the address given. And he says«well that’s not 620 but whatever» then hangs up. 3. We have our pizza and our bread but no soda. He says that he didn’t know we had a soda. Um… Once again you idiot, it’s on the side of the box. But whatever he then says our total is $ 38… Um no it was $ 27. So we say no and he says oh that was the other order. We pay him and give him a $ 3 tip and he leaves to go get the soda saying it’ll be 10 minutes. 4. It’s been about 20 minutes so we call the place to check on it. They say he was on his way. So we call him directly. He says that they didn’t have the soda and he had to go to 4 gas stations and Safeway to get it. Why the hell would you not let us know? By the way he also says that his manager had tried to call us. Obviously a lie since this time they knew our number and didn’t call. He then hangs up. 5. He finally gets here with the soda probably 30 – 35 min after he had gone back for it and gives my fiancé 2. We ordered 1. Which is fine we thank him for the extra soda and ask for his name since we wanted to use his name in this complaint. His name is GUNNER by the way. He then says, «now do you see the importance of giving the right phone number?» And drives off. Coward. Didn’t even stay for the response. Smart though because I would have torn him a new one. So that’s it for GUNNER he a f***ing @$$hole and should be fired. 6. I call the store as they are closing and ask for the manager. First of all, I am waiting almost 5 minutes on hold before I even get a human being. Then when i do I ask for a manager or supervisor and they say ok then wait then say there isnt one. Bull s***. Who the hell locks the door then? So I say«ok. Is there a driver named Gunner?» They say yes and I say thank you and hang up. So here we are… I don’t know why this place is even open still. Out of all the reviews only maybe 2 are above a 1 star? That says something. And you wonder why people think so low of people in food service. This is why. Because of horrible customer service and douchebags like these people here. They are incompetent, illiterate, rude, lazy human beings. I have never written a bad Unilocal review but I specifically downloaded the app just to write this and let you all know what to expect. Save your money by the way. Frozen pizza is better than this garbage. Capitola is supposed to be a nice area. I get better service and better tasting pizza from the dominos in Oakland. Needless to say we won’t be going here again. But they will be receiving a call to their human resources. I hope they all get fired. There are plenty of nice respectful people who need jobs and actually will like to work there. You have been warned.

Meh… Coworkers bought a bunch of Domino’s pizzas for a birthday lunch. I must say that it was better than I remember it, but still not good. Struggles to reach mediocre. Standard frozen crust taste. Semi greasy, needs a bit more spices/flavor. I think if I were going for a quick way to feed a group of pizza, I’d almost lean more towards Little Ceasars actually. And that’s not saying much…

not one but TWO horrible experiences with this business. Won’t be going back. 1st time was a pick up… my husband went in the store and waited and waited and waited and waited, watching people who came in behind him walk out with their orders but because he is from a different culture he didn’t speak up. Even though he had already paid for a rather large order, they somehow lost the ticket even while he was in there sitting right in front of their faces. 2nd time was a delivery… the delivery driver was rude and told my husband when he didn’t open the gate fast enough that he was F***ING Late for his next delivery, even though he had JUST called on the phone letting us know he was outside. We keep our gate locked because we live on a busy street and have a two year old. Totally unacceptable for him to curse and be rude to my husband, especially when he gave him a $ 4.00 tip! THEN, to make matters worse, the lava cakes were BURNT. When I called the manager(Leona) to complain about the Driver’s behavior, she was GIGGLING as I told her. She offered a ‘free’ lava cake and a soda on our next visit. Thanks but no thanks… we won’t be back and we’ll make sure all 15,000 people on our facebook pages know what happened too. In this economy… save your money, make your own pizza if you have to but don’t go to this place! You have been warned!

No problems the two times I’ve ordered recently. One was delivery and one was carryout. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast, yummy, and efficient. I really like their new pan pizza. I love cheese and was happy to see they didn’t skimp on it like other local pizza joints. WENTFROM4 to 1 because no longer offer carryout WTF??? Really! You just lost a customer
