Staples

Giving this Staples 5 stars due to the customer service I received from Stephanie.
We had come in looking for an item that was highly discounted with an online coupon, available in stores only. This was the second Staples we had been to. When we asked at customer service about it t hey said they didn’t have anymore and that they had already called around that day for other people asking if other area Staples had them. We were about to leave when we decided to look at some furniture in the back. About five minutes later Stephanie’s co-​worker came to the back looking for us and said that Stephanie just got a return on the product and if we would still like it, she was holding it at the register. We went, checked out, and got our hard to find product.
It was great customer service of knowing that we were still in the store and taking the time to hunt us down for this product that as fate had it got returned just after we asked for it.
