I’m from Miami and people there don’t often take the time to greet you with the level of sincerity offered here.
Were greeted at the door and shown about the store. I was looking for some heat wear and the sales girl walked me to the section and pointed out the different options available. Offered additional assistance but respected my wishes to just poke about the section. I found what I needed in no time.
The store was clean and well organized. There was swag/​hats/​clothes from all of the major college and pro teams and they had some pretty cool memorabilia as well.
Convenient location. Helpful, gracious staff. Fair prices. Worth checking out.

As far as merchandise goes, they have a pretty good stock on most professional teams (NFL/​NHL/​MLB). Staff has always been over friendly and courteous but today we almost had a shake down on my sons friend that they say stole something and held us in the store for 45 mins reviewing tape as the kid emptied his pockets and had nothing. Seemed a little extreme and disappointing, and the lesson soon turned in to frustration. Honestly would have returned the items I had just bought, but would have got a gift card since they honor NO REFUNDS!!! Thanks, but no thanks! No more a customer!
