Wow ok so it looks like the other review is by someone that works here given whet they wrote. We rent and our landlord switched to this company. What a horrible difference. I went in to pay rent once and the door was locked after I had just seen an employee go in. I knocked and called and she refused to open the door. My next experience to pay rent was worse. I went in and was directed to a lady chewing with her mouth opened (it was not a meal time). She didn’t stop chewing to help me. Knew nothing about my and my lease. I complained about something needing fixed and she yelled at me. Such horrible customer service. I went back to the first lady to ask for the owners contact info because if I were the owner I would want to know how I was treated. I was informed I gad just met her! Wow amazing. I would never do business there again. I reported to my landlord and his handyman and I just found out they switching companies. Thank goodness!!! Worse customer service and from the owner that I have seen in a long time.
