Okay, the first thing i noticed was my lemonade. Didnt have any lemon in it? Sugar water. My boyfriend got a salad and his tomatoes were absolutely not ripe and the salad had deffinitely sat for more than a day. But, my cheeseburger was outstanding! I like my fries a little more crispy but my boyfriend said they were perfect so i may be wrong about this. The lemonade really got me angry they even made me pay extra for the lemonade and it was horrible. The woman server who is also rhe cashier seemed less than happy about being there. And she was pointing out a lot of flaws in her own resturaunt! Lol wont go back anytime soon mayne literally for a burger thats it.

Tasty burgers and a fun atmosphere, this is my place of choice for a beer and a burger. You can sit outside and enjoy a beer and a cigar.

If you like pre-cooked burgers and fries — this is the place for you. Food served room temperature, supposedly reheated-but not even close to hot. I returned my 1st order of fries, they were cold. With a happy smile they brought a second order to my table. Same as the 1st. I brought the 2nd order back and the owner ran into the kitchen, and by God he was going to personally get me hot fries… And he did. Tonight they were not soggy, which means the oil was hot this time… The burgers and fries are pre-cooked and put on a plate not even warm. It was tonight I was there(Friday) and they were busy. I have gone there before, on non busy days and the food was done right. Quality is not the issue, they can’t handle being consistent when it’s crowded. This has happened to me twice, so I am compelled to advise staying away when the place is crowded.

Foster’s has the best burgers I’ve had in ages. Both times we found the food to be great tasting and not greasy. We have also tried the wings, fries, and side salad. Price is reasonable and they have TVs all over the walls so you can keep up to date with the game. I noticed that there was no Wi-Fi access, but that’s not the end of the world. We’ve been here twice, and will definitely be back!

We love us some Fosters! This is a go-to place for us. Great for families and groups. By far, the best burgers around always cooked perfectly(rare, and medium rare and medium have always been just perfect!) So juicy I wrap mine with a napkin and this is SO not a bad thing! The fries are perfection– real potatoes and anywhere that has Malt Vinegar on the table gets two thumbs up! Kids menu is average– but if they get a burger– they’re getting the same top notch«charburger» as you. Wings, salad, and chicken sandwich are all flavorful and good portions as well. We have yet to have a negative experience here– they have our business for sure!

Always great burgers, cooked to order, $ 1 drafts all day everyday– fresh cut froes, hand dipped shakes, and a small arcade too!

My wife and I ate at Fosters today in Cape Coral. I like the way you place the order at the counter, then your meal is delivered to your table. The ½ lb burgers were awesome and we got the buy one get one free special. I can see why they earned the best burger in the Cape. The chili cheese fries were my favorite. We will definitely be back and tell our friends about this place.

First time eating here and I was not disappointed. My burger was juicy and made to order. The Fries were hand cut and not frozen.(I dislike places that can’t cut their own fries which is most restaurants). These were some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time. I would go back the next time I’m in town.

Stopped in for lunch. Wasnt bad, however $ 22 for a burger and chicken sandwhich basket was kinda pricey. Soggy fries, undercooked onion rings and fountain drinks wont keep me coming back.

Some days I just make up something to do so I can be near Foster’s…Never had a bad meal or service. Burgers come cooked to order. Fries are great. If I’m gonna have a Carb day Im going here. It’s a perfect basket of food. Lots of TVs and you eat and your out or stay and have a beer and watch some of the game. Great Burger and the Chicken sandwhichs are good also.

I had high hopes for this local burger joint. After driving past their location on the far west end of Pine Island in Cape Coral multiple times to see a full house, the appearance was that it was a good place to eat. Granted, they have a cruise-in some nights that draws a crowd. That must be what the crowd was for. On ambience, they get a D-. Inside, an upside down chassis of a stock car hangs from the ceiling(seems clever at first) until you see that it’s stuffed with hundreds of filthy stuffed animals. Not clever anymore. They’re also hanging from the light fixtures and rafters. It’s just garage sale decorating. The inside space is ordinary. Tables thickly polyurethaned with local business cards trapped underneath. Video games. Tvs. Your basic sports bar. Nothing remarkable here. Outside, plain black wrought iron patio tables on uneven concrete are scattered about. Nothing on any of them. Ketchup, salt, napkins? Nope. It looked like they had not planned for anyone to sit outside. They must not have, because playing from the single speaker outside was… wait for it… an old variety hour TV special starring Dionne Warwick, singing some of her standards with the host telling jokes that are pointless if you can’t see the show. I went inside and asked if we could change it to ‘anything else’ and was told that only the owner can change the station. And he wasn’t there. Someone here needs to realize that not EVERYONE in Cape Coral is 100 years old. Ordering is per person on an order sheet. There was nothing to indicate that until we had already stood in line for 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. There seemed to be a lot of them behind the counter. Which is why it was surprising that it took so long to get our food. It wasn’t busy on this Thursday night. At all. There were maybe 5 – 7 other groups in the restaurant. We sat outside listening to Dionne Warwick for a full 20 minutes(checked the receipt time stamp) before venturing in to ask about our order. Staff said ‘oh it usually takes 20 – 25 minutes’. Oh. Well we haven’t lived in the Cape forever so I guess we should have just known. Six more minutes went by before our food came. We both had the half pound burger with onion rings. The burgers were good. They weren’t worth the wait, but they were good. The rings were fresh and crispy and hot. Like all properly cooked onion rings. The bottom line is that we got two burgers with onion rings and one strawberry shake for $ 28, waited almost 30 minutes for it, and were just thankful the food was edible. It was, but it didn’t make up for everything else. Exceptionally disappointing. We could have gone to Five Guys for less money, less wait, and a better burger. Wanted to give some business to this local place. Lesson learned.

Although the wings were fantastic, my philly cheese steak was tasteless. We ordered the chili chesse fries which also lacked taste and chili considering you had to pay almost $ 2.00 more to add it on. The sandwich and fries were served cold while the wings were almost to hot to eat. Probably would go for their wing and beer special but never for anything else.

Great service great food, for the price you can’t beat it. The French fries are real house cut fries and the burgers are hard to beat.

Great food and pretty reasonable. Boneless wings are $ 0.47 everyday from 4:00 pm — 7:00 pm. The burgers are made to order with a great amount of fries and drink. They have a few t.v.‘s around to watch a game of you choice, simply ask the help at the counter.

Foster’s Grille is my very favorite place in Fort Myers and Cape Coral to go for a burger. You order at the front of the restaurant, and they deliver it to your seat. The ½ lb Charburger is hands down the best burger I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant, and the fries that come with the meal are excellent. The service is very friendly and I can often find a coupon for a $ 4.99 ¼ lb Charburger meal. The atmosphere is fun and it is great for groups — just push some tables together. They also serve beer, wine, and great milkshakes.

Just finished eating at Fosters Grille for the first time. Unique experience. Everything was pretty good. Service, atmospher, everything. It would have got 5 stars but the only issue im having is the burger patties are not the hand made patties like in the burger joints ive visited before. I had a burger with chili cheese fries rhat were good.. The inside is cool and its got a couple arcades for the kiddies. The way you order the food was unique. You literally write down everything you want on a pre made pad and it comes out to order. The food we ordered was delicious. The beer selection was very nice as well. I had the blue point lager. I would defenitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick bite.

This place reminds me of a Whichwich in it’s ordering process. You come in & fill out a paper as what kind of burger & sides you want. I ordered just a cheeseburger & a basket of fries to spilt. I ordered cheese to go on the fries & was a little disappointed to see the cheese was just some Rico cheese that tops cheap nachos at ball games & at movie theatres. The burger was good, not great. The party is preformed into a perfect circle, which makes me wonder if they are frozen or fresh. The tap water is very ocean/chlorine flavored. Don’t order water unless you enjoy that type of water. I wouldn’t order the cheese on the fries again as it costs a dollar. Overall I thought it was a nice burger place, but not the«best in town» as some say. Check with them to see what the daily special is for the day.
