Not a bad little spot. We usually sit outside on the covered deck over canal. I like that they have the huge canvas and plastic covers so that you don’t get dive bombed by birds and sand in your food every time the wind blows. Food is decent and chilly cheese tots are killer. Comfortable place, small parking lot, decent food…

Cuban Sandwich was great. Real pulled pork made perfectly. Must be pressed and toasted just right. Excellent sandwich and service!

We stopped in here on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. My parents who winter here bought a $ 100 gift certificate and got $ 50 dollars in bonus money. The weather was nice so we decided to eat out on the patio. The patio is rather narrow and is along the canal that is next to Del Prado. There is a lot of foliage along the waterway and I actually saw an iguana in the trees, that was kind of neat. The service was okay. I thought that the servers that helped us were rather curt. They weren’t to friendly but fast. They always seem to be in a rush.
I got the boom boom shrimp which is like bang bang shrimp. It was served with a garnish of cole slaw, which wasn’t much of anything. The boom boom shrimp was $ 9.99. I also tried the fried fish with fries for $ 10.99. The first was average, the tartar sauce had a clove flavor, not sure what that was. The boom boom shrimp was also average. It tasted like fried shrimp with a sauce from a bottle poured on at the end. For the price, the fish entrée was a better deal. I would eat here again, but I doubt that I would be the first to say that I wanted to eat there.

I like ‘Broasted Chicken,’ so when I did a Google search, I came up with this restaurant. Their iteration of the recipe produced dried out, way overdone chicken. Vegetable side was soggy and cold. Roll was stale. Service, friendly, if a little slow. Easy access off Del Prado. Easy parking. Sat outside on a pleasant day. Restaurant interior is dark. Can’t comment on other menu items, as everyone in our party of four opted for the chicken. Won’t go back.

This place was recommended to us and we gave it a try. First time, Kelly Sue was out bartender. Great service and great food. We came back again and G took care of us. I call him Giovanni. Just as exceptional as Kelly Sue. This is our go to place. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I had drinks and an early dinner @1^st round today & we were throughly impressed. The server, Kimberly, was efficient and gracious! The food was great and the place was spotless and well run. My Patron and soda was artfully mixed and the Salmon with hollandaise sauce was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

We went there on Tuesday around 2:00 pm to eat lunch. Sign said seat yourself, which we did. We sat in a booth for almost 15 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us, nor made any attempt to greet us. Place was not that busy. We were here 2 yrs ago and ate here regularly. The service and food were good… what happened?

Walked in and sat at bar. 6 people at the bar. Bartender talking to waitress, both looked at me and kept talking. I waited 5 mins and they kept talking. So I left. There’s such a thing as island time and such a thing as bad service. Will not be back!

Had boom boom shrimp and waffle fries. Very good for appetizers to split with hubby. Afternoon happy hour had great drink prices. Bartender very friendly. Sat outside along water.

This is a really fun place! The homemade pub chips are delicious. The St. Louis ribs are great!

Ordered a burger and the meat was spoiled. Told them so, and indeed the waitress came back with the cook and said it was «expired». They offered me meat loaf instead «made fresh today» they said as though that was unusual, and with some trepidation I tried it. It was thoroughly mediocre, as was the accompanying fries. The service was first rate, given it was during a game with a huge crowd, but that’s no excuse for using old, spoiled hamburger meat (though kudos to the waitress for admitting it). And to think that «made fresh today» is an unusual feature of food. Never, ever again.

Nice location. Home run, touchdown burger, and Reuben were excellent. Waitress extremely friendly and service oriented. Grilled Romaine salad could be improved. We would definitely come back.

Are you ready for some football…
This is the best place to watch NFL. It’s not your typical sports bar in that they don’t favor any team. So you get people from all over. We’ve met so many friends there! My wife has vision problems but they have TVs all over– even in the restroom. On the tables, they have speakers so you hear only your game.
The servers are also very attentive to you too. Servers will refresh you beer without asking. Food prices are great. Hope to see you there.

Had dinner here. cheese waffle fries are excellent! Ate open faced roast beef with brown gravy. very good! Rum runner on the rocks was one of the best I’ve had! Our booth had a private TV. perfect for antsy children :) Will definitely be back to this one!

Food was pretty good. Deff go again. Walk in seat yourself. Menu is huge. Waitress was sweet. Bubbly atmosphere. TVS everywhere @ table too. Inside was sort of dark had a cigar bar ambiance. Isn’t too bad though.

I like clever punny business names (my own, a watch repair shop is called Neighborhood Watch) so of course I visited this place.
I was actually looking for a place to watch the Women’s World Cup soccar finals and I was pleased to see that they had it on. Although my table did not feature this I also saw that some booths had private TVs, presumably that you can select your own sound and programming.
The menu was typical upscale bar food and my burger was prepared as ordered. No complaints and nothing extraordinary either. I would totally go back again.

Well folks here is my 2 cents… First the food.
I ordered the 2 beef taco and fried potato chips. The fried chips, I believe, are unique here at least for me, in SW Florida. They are hot, thin and crispy. Very good. Served with a dipping sauce which I am not crazy about. Chips alone are great with a tad of salt. The tacos were ground beef mix with a formula you find in Lawry’s season packets. The topping of tomatoes and lettuce was very fresh/​crispy. The salsa on the side was good but it was a commercial product. The shells were light, thin & crispy. Good but not authentic corn tortillas. My request of hot sauce, got me sauce which was vinegar base and not very hot. Over all it was good, designed for Floridians palette.
Now some chit chat. Monday, 1130 AM. I counted over 21 TV’s. 3 at booths and I was told extras in the bathrooms. My server Megan was outstanding. She bent over backward to fulfill my requests. (IE. Brandy separator). It took a few adjustments but was finally filled. The folks over all were great. It was a spotless venue.
The portions of other customers were quite satisfactory.
I see why rating are high for this eatery. Keep it up.

Ok so here is my deal! We are spending 3 months in Cape Coral and eating out a LOT! The 3 months are almost over and I am now reviewing the restaurants we have visited. First Round Draft would be one of the Top ones if not our First choice! We and our friends from Ohio have probably had most of the items on the menu and I want to tell you we have NEVER been disappointed. Service has been great, food even greater! We hesitate to recommend restaurants as they then usually fall short for the friends we recommend them to. First Round is the exception! We will be back for 3 months next year and will skip the bad spots and just go to First Round Draft as you can get great variety and quality here every time

Great food! Friendly staff! Lots of TV’s for watching the game, there are even TV’s in the bathrooms so you won’t miss anything. There is an outside patio over the canal with seating and a bar. Indoor dining area is clean and very nice!
