We called around 8:30 on a Sunday night on our way back from out of town. We didn’t feel like cooking and thought delivery would be the best option with unpacking and getting ready for the work day Monday. Well needless to say they told me that I could not order delivery because they stop 45 minutes prior to closing time. Very disappointed!!! Pizza is one of those meals everyone orders late because its easy and convenient. They have lost our business and we will spread the word. The pizza isn’t that good anyway.

I absolutely appall this place. I dislike the pizza so much I’ve been telling people I know to avoid this place. Both the locations in canyon lake are awful I wanted to tell everyone I saw walk in but don’t like to be looked at like I’m some crazy person. I can only hope ppl use the technology available these days to see they should avoid this place so they can shut it down and make room for a papa johns or a dominos… Please ppl let’s make this place lose so much business so they can get a real pizza place out here. It’s about time the community stands up for what’s right. We should enjoy our community and this place is a stain on us all.

Heard great reviews. Decided out of all places on our river trip to come here and give this establishment our business. Had the worst customer service ever!!! Guy told us they closed in 45 mins and we should hurry and probably get our orders to go because «it was Friday night!» Seriously?! I’ll take my $ 200 else where next time!

Haven’t called foxes in Satler in a while. Mainly due to bad service, rude employees and careless presentation of there product. Not to mention there outrageous prices. Today my wife and I worked hard around the house. Being tired and hungry we decided to give them another try. We had a coupon that would get us a large pizza for $ 12.00. They did not except the coupon and the pizza was going to cost us $ 22.00. Never offered an alternative or anything. We will not ever for any reason patronize this company again. I will also make it a point to tell everyone I come in contact with that this is the worst place I have ever had the opportunity to do business with.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered and they told us it would be 1 hour. Expected that but after 2 hours and no pizza we called to see where it is. We were trying to be nice and patient as it was a weekend. The manager tells us that is «out the door». 25 minutes later we get our ice COLD pizza. We called and the management would do absolutely nothing for us, no compensated pizza, no coupon, NOTHING! We will NEVER go back there!

This food is really some of the grossest mess I’ve had in years. It is hands-​down the most disgusting meal I could have possibly ordered, and I wouldn’t consider eating this food again if it came in the frozen food isle. I’d most likely toss it out of my freezer…
If you think you’re getting food, and you’re not from these parts… you’re in for a disappointment. A BIG, PRICEY DISAPPOINTMENT. –and true to fact, the management doesn’t care, at all and does absolutely nothing to ensure you’re happy as a customer, their food or service is even good.

I want a refund.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. The mozzarella sticks must have been baked as well because they made me actually gag and spit them out. It’s the closest place to me but I drive all the way to San Marcos if I really want pizza in order to avoid this place. DO NOT GO HERE.

The most horrible experience ever. Delivered cold pizza and would not honor return and deliver a hot pizza. After several calls, manager hung up on me. Actually she called the police! And the police called giggling saying go to Unilocal but he understood at this establishment what kind of food they were serving!

We have been going to Fox’s for years. I’m assuming they’ve changed ownership or something as that was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The woman running it was yelling at the young guys working about everything. All the guys were rude except for one guy that looked super stressed out and was a delivery guy. Now we haven’t tasted the pizza yet, but I’m hoping at least it’s good. I saw one of the rude guys that wouldn’t say hello rub his hands all over our salad. Eh. Just a bad experience. Not the Fox’s I used to know. What a bunch of kill joys. Oh and it seems way more expensive.
