OK amigos… This place has been here for a long time. I do believe many owners have passed through here and I do hope the new owners keep it going. Whoever runs the place now runs a great ship. Its a very nice husband and wife team like«Ay Caramba», certainly different food but none the less, very good. I’ve had the best pupusa there ever. My picky Mexican eater loved the cheese enchiladas and the rice and beans were flavorful and hot. Everything is fresh and hot out of the kitchen… Give it a shot. Its also great people watching seeing who goes to the CC post office.

I don’t know if these people are racists or what the case is. but for 10 $ I got 1 taco and a carne Asada burrito the size of a $ 1 taco bell burrito… nor did they even ask if I chose to dine in or not… would never recommend or ever go there again… and the food sucked … After the new cooks and owners this place has went downhill

My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time yesterday. We love our Mexi food and this was the best we came across in Canyon Country thus far. I’m a pescitarian and had their fish tacos– BEST I’ve had! My boyfriend had a chicken and a carne taco and loved them. It was a bit spicy but that’s how we like it! The guy also asked if we wanted their homemade tortillas; heck yes! They were delicious! :) I very much recommend this place if you like real Mexican food. If your idea of good tacos is a stomach ache from Taco Bell, maybe this isn’t for you.

So I’ve never been here before to eat. I came once with my bf to get some food but never to eat myself. Today I decided to come because I was craving some wet burritos and we were able to order out food just fine, people were really nice and all but when it came to paying the bill we were not asked if we wanted to pay credit or debit and after my friend stated it was a credit car the guy insisted on a debit payment. She tried putting a pin which of course did not work so her car got decline. She asked once again if she could run it as credit and the guy said yes but our bill was going to increase a dollar because every time a card got declined he was charged a dollar. I have never heard about this in my entire life. I am so offended by the fact. Idk if its normal or not. I don’t know what to rate them I don’t want to be unfair, I’m just hoping the food is killer!

My nephew and I had just wrapped up paintballing. We’re sore and tired and crazy hungry. And as we’re heading back into town I remember that little taco place next to the bar. «Never been in there. Let’s give it a shot.» Jackpot. The al pastor was good but the carne asada was amazing! Smokey, beefy, BBQ’y joy. I knew my wife was makin’ dinner so I resisted and ordered only 2 tacos but I wanted 6. The place isn’t perfect but boy is it close. 2013 #57 /365

Really delicious carne asada and al pastor tacos, all with lots of meat that was cooked tenderly. The only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because the salsas were not super top notch(though they were REALLY good) and we so far have only tried soft tacos. Will be coming back for sure to try more menu items, and I look forward to eventually giving a five star review.

As far as carne asada and al pastor goes, these are the best tacos I’ve had in the Santa Clarita Valley so far. $ 1.25 per taco is on the outside of what I like to pay for street tacos but these are exceptional. I didn’t give 5 stars because the sauces(both of the green sauces and the red sauce) are not very tasty. They could definitely use some work in the flavor department, as well as being more spicy/picante. I will certainly be returning here, as the portions of meat in the tacos are great, the meat tastes great and is cooked great, I will be bringing my own sauce though unless they figure out how to make theirs more flavorful and with more heat. Word up playa.

Food is good but they don’t speak English and when we tried to explain to her that she over charged us for the new 9% tax she wrote down on a piece of paper«More Tax!» back and forth… we said forget it! for 3 tacos at $ 1.25 each we paid $ 4.75??? Not worth the$ 1.25 either, my husband ate all 3 tacos in 3 bites, and was still hungry! I’m sorry, but if we paid the wrong tax every where we went because they don’t speak English and do not understand our tax laws. maybe they shouldn’t have a business! I’m just sayin!

Great, fresh, home cooked food. Small but clean dining room. Nothing fancy. Just good food.

They have good menudo and good breakfast burritos, we have been customers for a while now. They also have good salsas! The owner is really nice.
