I’ve been working with Valley landscaping for years. They are always responsive, friendly and most importantly deliver quality service. It’s hard to find a reliable landscaping company. I’m glad I lucked out by finding them in the yellow pages. I’ve used them to buy mulch as well as other jobs around our yard. Definitely recommend!

These guys are great! I ordered mulch and they delivered exactly where I asked it to be left. They are very knowledgeable and will be back to help us seed and feed our lawn — Super courteous as well!

Do not touch this company with a ten foot pole. I ordered mulch after their ad for 12 yards dark brown double ground for $ 265, no delivery charge. Price was the lowest I saw, so I went for it… turned out too good to be true. I instructed to have it dumped on the side of my yard(corner lot), curbside, on a tarp. Came home to find it dumped on the opposite end of my 1+ acre property on the driveway — which meant all the back and forth with a wheelbarrow would triple my work time to spread it. I called the company and no answer so went to their place of business, which apparently doubles as the owners’ house. It was 6 pm and no response at the front door. The next day over the phone with the owner I requested one of the following remedies: 1) move the mulch to the tarp, 2) they spread it for me at no charge or 3) deliver 12 more yards and dump it on the tarp. The owner refused to do all 3 — abrasively said«yeah, that’s not happenin’». I thought option 1 would be easy for them… doesn’t every landscape company own a bobcat loader? In addition he said he would call the cops on me for trespassing on private property after business hours. I then said, BTW, the $ 265 check you have from me, don’t cash it, b/c there is a stop payment on it until this gets resolved. He again said he’d call the cops on me for that… which is wrong on so many levels, it’s not even a police issue. He then said his driver told him there was no tarp along the side street but was in the driveway — a complete lie by either him or the driver. Then he went to my property to take a look and he said he couldn’t tell one way or the other if there was a tarp underneath the mulch in the driveway… is it really that hard to tell this? He then said his secretary who took the order wrote down«on tarp in grass» but did not write down anything about the side street — which is either incompetence or a lie as I was very clear in my order about that and had her repeat it back to me. But after awhile he calmed down I think it was pretty clear to him that his company screwed up, b/c he subsequently offered up 5 free yards of mulch and not to call the cops if I sent another check… I agreed, not b/c I thought his offer was fair, but b/c this company was horrible doing business with and wanted the nightmare to end… in the end at least the new 5 yards was actually dumped in the right place, on the tarp… but after several days I am still hauling wheelbarrow after wheelbarrow of the original load!
