Had scheduled a chimney sweep with them. Called after they were more than 45 minutes late to find out they were not coming. Why no phone call to let me know they were not coming. Not a great way to run a business.

We bought out Harmon Accenture from Valley Fireplace and very glad we did. Jay from valley recommended the stove and my wife and I could not be happier. Their installation and service are great. The technicians Paul and Kelsey were extremely skilled in getting out stove dialed in after the first year of use. Companies like Valley offer personalized service and are few and far between these days. We shopped around allot and selected Valley, an excellent decision.

Purchased a wood burning insert from them last winter. Heated most of my house with wood, cutting my oil consumption from between 3 – 4 tanks over the winter to just one. During the summer they called me to setup my chimney cleaning. I like the fact that they remembered me and I didn’t have to remember to call around for a sweep. They know what it means to value their customers.
