They treat you like a number! I was not even 15 minutes late, and they would not see me. When I told the front receptionist that I had waited a month for the appointment and that I would wait longer that day if necessary, she said her hands were tied. She didn’t even ask the doctor again! Besides their hold wait times on the phone are ridiculous anyway! What a crappy first impression, and I won’t be going back, I can guarantee that!!!

I have been going here for physical and occupational therapy for over three years now and highly recommend the team and wonderful office staff. I have worked with several therapists here for multiple areas of my body and every time I have been pleased with my therapist, the approach and my progress. The office staff is also very helpful.
Many therapy places will see you in more of a group format where you and a few other people have the same appointment a single therapist. This just doesn’t work for me and I have not had success under those circumstances. That does not happen here, your therapist is focused on you and your success. They provide detailed printouts for your home exercises and I have even had a therapist take pictures of me doing specific exercises that I struggle with doing correctly at home.
In short, I will only go here for physical and occupational therapy. I have tried other offices and therapists and know that the care I am getting here is the best I can get. I am really grateful for the team here!

I get almost all my blood work and tests done at this locale as I am not as thrilled with the phlebotomists at East Ann Arbor.
This seems to have the best collection of bloodletters which is important to me as I hate running around black and blue after I have lost several vials. They always seem to hit the vein clean, get the blood and get out. Can’t ask for anything more.
Friendly and fast with little to no wait times. Close to my house and therefore convenient. They do labs pretty quick and enable my doc to get back to me in a flash if needed.
